If I could give more than 5 stars I would! After a brief stay at Zen Mountain in May of last year, I went back to Arizona and had a terrible relapse that nearly killed me. I moved back to Denver in August, and spoke with Erin about coming back. She was more than gracious, and welcomed me back with open arms. The staff is supportive, loving, kind and generous. The house I'm in is absolutely beautiful, safe, and truly my sanctuary and safe place. I absolutely LOVE being here and my only regret was leaving the first time. The girls in my house are like family and we all love, care about, and support each other. I have committed to at least a year here at Zen, but wouldn't be surprised if I stay longer. Zen mountain holds us accountable, and provides a safe, nurturing environment that allows addicts or alcoholics like myself a safe, warm, gentle HOME to live in while we restart our lives. I will forever be grateful for the gift that is Zen mountain, and the women who have helped me realize who I am, and helped me to truly love myself and my sobriety. 5 stars is simply not enough.

I would HIGHLY recommend Zen Mountain for sober living! I have been here since May 31, 2024 and I can honestly say that being here saved my life and taught me a new way (a very successful way) to live as a recovering addict and alcoholic.

I'm forever grateful to have found Zen Mountain Sober Living during a pivotal moment in my recovery journey. This incredible community has been a beacon of hope, support, and guidance, providing me with the tools and environment necessary to thrive in sobriety.

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed with open arms by the compassionate and experienced staff. The serene and peaceful atmosphere of the home was the perfect antidote to the chaos and stress of my previous life.

The program at Zen Mountain is thoughtfully designed to address the whole person - body, mind, and spirit. The combination of individual and group therapy and recreational activities helped me to confront my addiction, develop coping strategies, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and purpose.

What truly sets Zen Mountain apart, however, is the sense of community and belonging that permeates every aspect of life here. The bonds I formed with my fellow residents and the staff will be a source of strength and inspiration for me in the years to come.

If you or a loved one is seeking a safe, supportive, and transformative environment in which to heal and recover, I wholeheartedly recommend Zen Mountain Sober Living. This place has been a game-changer for me, and I have no doubt it can be for you as well.

Thank you, Zen Mountain, for helping me find my path and for providing me with the tools and support necessary to live a happy, healthy, and fulfilling life in recovery.

Zen Mountain Sober Living changed my life, in many ways!! I am someone who struggled in and out of treatment/sober living for 18 years... but I knew things were going to be here. I immediately felt a connection with the owner, Erin, the first time we talked on the phone. She was patient and kind, which is exactly what I needed in my moment of crisis, and I'll never forget that conversation or the impact it had on my journey to get sober. When I walked in the door, I was surprised at how different the home was in comparison to some of the ones I had either gone to or seen in the past... it was absolutely beautiful and so clean... the furniture is brand new and there are memory foam pillows!! The vibe and the environment encouraged me greatly... and eventually it made me realize that I deserve a nice life and nice things too. I also knew I was in a place that actually wholeheartedly cared about me. I ended up staying a total of 18 months and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I became a house manager and a recovery coach. I learned so much about myself, about recovery and about working in recovery. I would absolutely recommend Zen Mountain to anyone who wants to get clean/sober and learn a new way of life!! Zen Mountain will forever have a very special place in my heart and I will always attribute much of my success to this program!!

I was in Zen Mountain in 2023-2024 for 9 months and I will say it was a great experience! I was so nervous and wasn't sure what to expect because I've never been in a sober living environment before but it turned out to be way better then expected. I bring meetings into treatment centers and I always recommend zen mountain to the ladies that are looking for their next step after they complete their treatment! The staff at zen mountain were so good to me & treated me with respect. I've met ladies that I'm still very close with and very good friends with today. Erin, the owner has helped me in so many ways and I just appreciate her so much. The houses are so nice and kept clean and I just felt at home when I lived there. Overall 5 stars for zen mountain & the staff ✨️

I’ve had professional experience with both Zen and the owner Erin. Nothing but good experiences. Erin understands the needs of women in early recovery and her program seems to work great, especially for those who want to be and do better.
