Will not renew our membership. My wallet was stolen and my daughter and I had swimming punch passes. They refused to replace them. I told them when we were in there and used them, too. So, instead of doing the right thing, they said too bad, we won’t replace them. My daughter even took swim lessons there and it was easily traceable when we were there. You could also tell I wasn’t lying, too. I told them we each had 4 or 5 punches left, not 9 or 10 like a scammer. We will not be renewing our membership. So, being unkind and ripping us off cost them future memberships and passes. Oh well. We will go swimming and support another local business instead. Maybe the next business will be more kid friendly anyways.

Spent over $30,000 sending my kids for over two years to find out today that I have no care for my kindergartener because he graduates from preschool the weekend before school starts. School doesn’t start until Wednesday and a new group doesn’t start until the following week but no kindergartens the first two days of that week. All other ages are fine, just no students heading to kindergarten.

As a first time mom, the last place I wanted to send my child was daycare because of all the horror stories. But we got blessed with choosing the YWCA. My son has been attending for a full year, and the staff is amazing. I can confidently drop him off and know he's safe. The communication is always there. I wish all daycares were like here. My son has progressed so much, with learning, making arts and crafts, even his sign language and speaking. He's improved with relationships all around and I am so so glad he has such a positive experience here. He loves his teachers, his friends, and his environment. Some days I have to drag him out because he doesn't want to leave. I can proudly say his safe place outside of his home, would be here.

Initially we loved our son going there two days a week. Director and staff we met seemed friendly and helpful. But last week I was approached by the director in front of many other parents and children that my son has been cussing at school. Incredibly humiliating. I understand due to Covid, parents are not allowed back. But I feel this could have been discussed over the phone or the child care app that we all use any other time he’s needed anything or I’ve needed to be informed. Due to how this was handled and coming off like if the problem continues he won’t be able to keep attending, we unfortunately will not be back. Very unfortunate. My son seemed to really love it there and talked about the other kids and how much fun he had quite often. I feel bad for him most of all.

The kids are taking swim lessons here. The staff at the front desk will help you as much as they can with getting signed up and ready. The teaching staff are friendly and knowledgable, however, in a larger class some kids don't get the full attention they might need. Would recommend to anyone for lessons.

I go every week at least once. Pretty clean and nice choice of classes and such. Only issue with them is even though they have a website and a facebook page, they rarely give updates about closings or cancelings. You have to go in to get told the pool is closed or that the class was canceled, when they could update us all on facebook. Idk maybe im just too meticulous about scheduling. Overall great place.

I have edited my review from 5 star to 3. Although not perfect the child care at this establishment has been on the downward trend. Since my last review there have been multiple director changes, great teachers leaving because new management decided to slash their insurance and there was an incident where a child was locked outside. I no longer send my child there and would recommend you look elsewhere for child care.

Let's start with the daycare if your child is deemed "unmanageable" that's the word I will use they will kick them out of the daycare. If your child requires additional care because he has developmental delays they will no longer provide him/her with childcare. Happened to my son and multiple other families we know.
Staff is super friendly. Some of the finest people in the community work here.
