This battered womans shelter is secure , and safe . They really do try to help you, help yourself. They put all resources in front of you and give you and your kids every opportunity to get back out.
Some staff (case workers) >(A.H)< do not honor confidential material. Dont be afraid to speak out if you feel your privacy or the privacy of others are being violated. If they are telling you about others , then they are talking to others about you. However most are very good people and jus want you to do good. You have to apply yourself and take advantage of everything they have to offer. My case worker even found a land lord for me while i was in the shelter , and took me to and from work when she could. This shelter provided food and hot showers and our own room to my children and i.

I feel discriminated against and discouraged every time I try to get help from the YWCA in my area and my daughter's experience the same discrimination the last time I called the hotline the person just was silent on the phone and call me from their personal number and again with the silent treatment on the phone offering no help or solution to the reason I was calling not a very good Center for Abused Women to reach out to in my opinion and in my experience with this agency that discriminates against me and my children that has blacklisted us

You failed me and my son. You say the high school cares more about their reputation then they do their students, what about you? You won't say or do anything to protect anyone because you get a check from them?! How double standard is that? I hope you and your "Casa" as you call them, eat what you've served us!
You failed!

This organization abuses victims.
Just don't.
I hope if you need to leave you have a distant cousin or something willing to take you out of town to a different YWCA.
