What a delightful place. Once a strip mall, it is now a lovely place for showcasing art.

The mall is arranged into 5 separate galleries each with a different purpose....all the art available for sale.

The Rennaissance Gallery displays art interpreting the area through the eyes of artists...both local and international artists.

This place was nothing short of amazing. We noticed it driving up to Yosemite and thought to stop by on the way back from the park. We unfortunately came about 20 minutes before closing and just wanted to take a look around quickly so that we would not keep them from leaving on time. Juliette and I forget the other man's name unfortunately we're amazing staff and very knowledgeable on the artwork that they have. We had no intentions of buying however we did coke out with little souvenirs. My friend bought a clock and I purchased a mini painting. This is a wonderful art gallery and I urge everyone to stop by when they can as they carry an amazing collection!

YGAC is a stunning collection of works from artists that not only show how the nature of the area can inspire art, but how local artists can build community together. They have multiple galleries with different types of media throughout. Kathy, one of the curators, treated each of our guests with individual care & helped them ship works of art back to their homes. We had the pleasure of watching another local artist paint a scene from the nearby Bass Lake, and she generously engaged in conversation with our curious group. Overall, this is a must see spot outside Yosemite for anyone who appreciates art & wants to support local artists. Thank you, YGAC!

Honestly this place seemed cool from the outside, but the people here are so unhelpful, they didn’t even know what was in their gallery, I grabbed a newspaper and the lady ripped it from my hand and said it was historic it was from August 2024 lmao I regret stopping.

Such a fantastic place to visit. I loved all the art work on display, all unique, all painted by talented artists. It was nice to buy greeting cards/prints as well. The artists in the shop/gallery were so friendly and welcoming. Well worth a visit

I try on my annual mecca to Yosemite to stop in and visit these Galleries. It's always a treat for the soul. I am inspired by creativity and skill; by color and texture; and by the extraordinary use of simple materials. If you are on any level an art enthusiast, you really should try to stop and visit this venue. Happy trails.
