Where do I even begin! YogaHome is just that. A home. A sanctuary from the chaos of our daily lives. It is warm and welcoming, not only in its environment but through its teachers. I found YogaHome when I was at the worst point in my life. Barely able to get myself out of bed and something called me to come here. I had my first class with Goi and what a treat. What a gift to my heart. It was exactly what I needed and has begun my journey to finding a place for yoga in my day to day and my journey back to self and love. I’ve also recently started their Yoga Teacher Training which has already proven to be the best decision I’ve made. So excited to see what the future holds with this new found love. Thank you for all you give us YogaHome! ♥️♥️♥️

I was looking for a place to get back into yoga after having not done it for several years, and struggling with stiffness and back pain. I was nervous to attend my first class, but immediately found that the teachers are all relaxed and down to earth. It’s a perfect place to get back into yoga because there’s a great mixture of different level classes throughout the week. There are tons of props for safety, and lots of moderations for each move so you can practice without feeling strained.

I’ve been attending regularly for two months now, and I’ve definitely found my yoga home!! I practice primarily to help with back pain, and every single class I go to, I end up feeling great relief. Samantha is an incredible teacher who offers so much insight into the backgrounds of yoga history and teachings before her classes. Chrissie on Wednesdays reads poems before beginning as well, which I love. It’s been a beautiful rhythm for me to come to the morning classes as often as possible to start my day. I’m very grateful to be a part of this community 💕

Yoga Home COS is my favorite yoga studio! All of the teachers are compassionate and knowledgeable and there are opportunities to practice at two different locations. There are so many incredible offerings beyond yoga classes like workshops, wellness coaching, and yoga teacher training. I’m so grateful to have found my yoga home! 🙏🏼🏠🕉️

I’ll try to get through this without tearing up…so I’ve been practicing yoga casually since 2014, mostly sticking to YouTube videos because I felt more comfortable at home, where I didn’t feel pressure to perform in front of a bunch of strangers, so I could really enjoy the practice for what it’s supposed to be. I knew that eventually I would want to practice in a studio with like minded friends and one day be part of a community that was based on mutual respect, support and acceptance. I also knew that when I found that community, I would “just know’. Well, I found my hOMe within Yoga Home.

The owner, Sam, along with all of the other amazing instructors, have come together to create an environment where EVERYONE is treated equally, and with the utmost respect. It really is a “come as you are” kind of place; you are welcomed in all of your authenticity and autonomy.

There’s something for everyone at Yoga Home - they pretty much offer it all. So whether that looks like calm stretching, a dynamic flow, or an hour-long Savasana (lol), as long as you’re taking the time for yourself to make it to the mat, you’ll find a style that works for you. And you’ll be supported the whole way by a community of people who really turn out to be more like family.

Oh, and did I mention that they’re located in the Heart Center of Manitou Springs’ beloved Sunwater Spa? Idk, for me, it always feels super exclusive to walk in there - just the vibe that Manitou has to offer is already very Zen in itself, and Sunwater certainly delivers on that vibe as well. First timers - trust me when I say, nothing beats practicing yoga while the doors are open and you can gaze at the ethereal view of the mountains surrounding you. It’s a whole experience.

I could write a novel on this place, but if you’ve made it this far in my review I hope to see you there one day. Look for the girl with dreads and come say hi! Can’t wait to see you there.

YogaHome's classes has broadened my horizons and taught me a lot about yoga in general as well as helped me in my own practice. I'm currently about 4 months in to their 265 hour Contemplative Yoga Teacher Training program and I can honestly say it has changed my life. Our teacher, Sam, has made the training fun and low-stress, but still challenging! I 100% recommend their classes and YTT for anyone of any experience level. Whether you've never done a yoga class before, or you practice every day, Yoga Home has a place for everyone :)))

Great instructors with diverse and complementary styles who teach in two amazing locations in the Springs area. Sacred sound, teacher training, yoga nidra, Vedic astrology and other aspects of yogic wisdom and practice are sometimes offered as well. It's a yoga environment where you truly feel met and at Home!

I am so grateful for the variety and quality of classes and teachers at Yoga Home! I began practicing with them online during COVID lockdown and I am so thankful that they've chosen to continue offering their classes online since I've had some circumstances that have kept me from returning to in-person classes so far. I highly recommend checking out all of the classes, teachers, and wide array of workshops!

I'm a student and teacher at Yoga Home of Vedic Sciences, and I completed their 265-hour Contemplative Yoga Teacher Training program. I like that the owner and teachers recognize that yoga is more than āsana, and they honor the lineage and cultures that shared yoga with us. It's among the most affordable yoga in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs, and the two studios (at SunWater Spa in Manitou and 115 N. Parkside Drive in Colorado Springs) are intimate and welcoming. I recommend practicing here, no matter how much experience you've had with yoga, and also taking the teacher training program with owner Samantha Hart.
