This place is horrible in December. I paid $125 to start a membership which she said I was able to go through and I paid my dues then January 2 came and I was able to go in and take my kids swimming. Then towards the end of the month, I went to take my daughter swimming and they told me that my membership was not active. I said how could that be? I said I’ve already paid in two months and we were able to come in January. He informed me About some bogus policy, he didn’t even spell it right in the email. He called it police and that the lady at the front desk didn’t charge me right so I’m paying $210 within two months as a single mother and they want me to pay another $113 by February so within three months I have paid $323.00 dollars for a membership as a single mother with two kids I’m not sure this makes sense and that was for December January and February they wouldn’t explain to me why they’re charging me so much. I really feel like they’re trying to weed out color families or Hispanic families or lower class families so I advise that people don’t go to this establishment unless you. our higher class, but also just understand you will not be getting hot water because the hot water was broken. People will be staring at your children in the pool because it’s older peoples time when it’s open swim you have to pick and choose times that you can go to this gym because they don’t have open swim. I’d like to get a refund but I’m going to have to go to the news about this and I’m tired of it.

I go to this facility everyday with my two year old. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is lovely, especially the Childwatch staff. My daughter is elated to go there everyday and loves the staff! The pool and library are a wonderful addition. The gym has lots to offer with two separate gym areas. There is also lots of seasonal activities for family’s to partake in.

Got a membership here because I thought it would be a great place to take my daughter and her friends for the summer. We had a great experience the last few weeks of school. Everything was open. There were plenty of things for kids to do, and then summer started, and that came to a screaming halt. All of a sudden, their staff dropped (there was barely anyone working). the sauna was broken for weeks and smelled awful! But the worst part is all of a sudden huuuuuge portions of every day were taken up by water aerobics classes that they shut the whole pool down for. This would happen at key times parents would be off work so if you wanted to take the family to the pool forget it because they shut down the entire pool and the lap lanes for the like 7 people doing aerobics it was insane it kept happening so I asked to see a schedule of the pool times and it was absurd there was no time except early morning for families and kids to swim we dropped our membership and then they charged me for an extra month at the end. Worst rec center experience I've ever had. They are great for youth sports, though, so 2 stars.

I have been enjoying working out here. It has helped my knees and my ankles especially the pool. I asked on Tuesday 10/29 if the pool would be open despite festivities on 10/31. I was assured it would be. So 10/31 rolls around, I do my workout in the gym and go to the pool and found out it was closed. When I asked about it at the front desk I was told it had been open but no one was there at 5:30 so they closed it. I asked where the poolbeing closed was posed. They said it wasn't. I told them I was assured it would be open. They said sorry. I can't come early. Like a LARGE percent of people I work during the day. Then the pool is closed for swim lessons from. 6-7 so I am limited to 7-8 to do pool exercises. It is NOT professional to randomly close the pool without letting people know or posting it somewhere. The Y is NOT JUST FOR KIDS!!!

The worst athletic club for one major reason, you can’t cancel your membership without going through a full length process, i have sent emails i have called and they’re refusing to do anything about it. Horrible and vile would not have joined if I knew about this, since they won’t cancel it i’ll also be due next months. I’ve followed all of the processes and everything but nothing actually vile and I will recommend everyone to find someone else.

Wife goes to cancel as money is tight. 27th of December. They need 5 days notice before the first before canceling memberships. Just figured I'd leave notice here for other members if you plan on canceling.
