Worst staff ever. I came in without an appointment asking for some revision for my reflective essay. I signed into the PC they have once i came. and after waiting almost 1 hour and half and keep in mind that ive been inside the office. Anyway they told me you need to sign ur name in board of the walk in students! I told Kelly that its my first time here and i litraly dont know how it works here. She said she cant do anything and she let me wait more than any human being should waiting for this. I wasnt the only one, i actually told some students that they have to sign their name in the board. In other way, i was doing their job without getting paid. The problem is u cant get the stamp from anywhere else otherwise im noy going to be here never ever

Your hours are not helpful at all. What about night students who work during the day? How do i get help after 5 p.m. at the writings resource center at CSUB?
