Some of the front desk staff tend to be a bit moody and detached. Dr B however is amazing and delivered both my babies happy and healthy. She even took really good care of me when my second pregnancy turned out to be high risk resulting in historectomy. If I could have more babies, I would definitely choose her again.

I’ve been going here for several years and recently had a pretty bad miscarriage. The doctors made me keep what would have been an ultrasound appointment just for me to wait 40 minutes and then explain the process of my miscarriage and then be charged $200 for it. No clue what that is for when all I did was describe the process of losing my baby and then leave 5 minutes later but okay.

The doctor I’ve seen is really nice, but I really feel like they just kinda push for birth control and things that aren’t that necessary and then charge you quite a bit. I am looking for somewhere else to go and I do not recommend their clinic.

Went by the address given to me on the app and waited 45 mins in the wrong building. Considering there’s multiple buildings. Check-in never bothered to even mention I was in the wrong building, but she didn’t seem to be all the way there in the head to begin with. All staff seemed to be rude. Honestly felt discriminated by the check-in staff. Never will be returning.

Had to submit a copay, which my insurance covers and I shouldn’t have to do. I got a $50 check back from my insurance to reimburse the payment. They told me my insurance couldn’t help the IUD placement and I would have to pay out of pocket. As I was told on the phone, since it’s a catholic organization, apparently people are having issues getting iuds and birth control through this clinic. I wake up to find another $200 charge to my account with no reason applied, even though I am not proceeding with this clinic. Unorganized, not a woman friendly clinic, and unfortunately taking my money more for unknown reasons. I would recommend going somewhere else. This is my first review ever, but I continue to be let down and frustrated by this organization.

They told me I needed to pay for my baby before she was born and told me the amount that I would need to pay, after insurance paid their part, was over $3,000. So I paid it in April 2022. My baby was worn in May 2022. Come to find out I only owed them a little over $500. I asked them for months to refund me the money they owed me. And finally in September they filed bankruptcy. They took my money and now they, and the attorneys are saying that they don’t know if or when I’ll ever get my money back. I don’t know how in good conscience they can do this to their patients. The Dr I see is really nice and I love her nurse. But what this office did to us as their patients was very unprofessional and untrustworthy.

I would not recommend Women's Health Care of Western Colorado. They are extremely unorganized, high staff turn over rate, and their billing department is a complete mess. I would not give them any money until after your insurance company has figured out how much you will actually owe. It took 10 months to finally receive my refund. For months the billing department was filing the claim wrong. They didn't keep track of my payments and how much I had paid because they still owe me money.
There is NO Mesa Midwives, they had only one midwife that left because she had way too many clients all on her own. The transition was a disaster and no one knew what was going on, no one could help me schedule a follow up appointment after my baby was born. It was awful. and I was in tears. The Dr. who did my 20 week ultra sound was rude and rushed through the whole thing, when that is supposed to be a special and magical moment. I would not recommend Women's Health Care of Western Colorado to anyone.

The first appointment I went to I was told after waiting ~45 minutes that the doctor was on call and had to leave. I rescheduled and was able to have an exam. The doctor told me to tell the receptionist to order the IUD and make an appointment to get it put in three weeks later. I told the receptionist and they said it takes awhile to order so they would call me. They never did. I called three weeks later and they said they would call back. Never did. I called a few more times with the same experience. I finally talked to someone helpful 2 months later who told me that the IUD was never ordered and that they are no longer ordering them due to them being backordered. I was advised to buy my own? and make an appointment to get it put in. I wish they would have been up front about this in the first place or at least called me back.

I highly recommend Women’s Health Care of Western CO. The ladies up front are so helpful and nice. They are very easy to book appointments with. They get you in in a timely manner and waiting it the waiting room is always minimal. Dr. Robbins is without a doubt the best OBGYN in the business. He goes above and beyond for all of his patients. He delivered both my babies. He listened to my concerns and celebrated every milestone. He also recently did my hysterectomy. I was terrified but he walked me back in to the operating room. He held my hand and made sure I was comfortable and safe feeling. He was more than a doctor that day. I cannot say enough about how amazing he is. I recommend him to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about his patients.
