This is by far some of the best training I have taken in my 18 years of EMS. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and they focus on applying the principles learned to real world applications. I would highly recommend anyone looking for hands on, real world training to take their classes.

TCCC Tier 3 was an amazing course! Highly recommended! Great facility and treated like family. The instructors are very knowledgeable and passionate about their mission. Each phase builds on the next to ensure students are well prepared before moving on. Simulations were realistic and well planned. There were several opportunities to self assess your skills and ability to perform in an austere environment. Although was simulated, was very effective. I really appreciated the constructive feedback provided after each evolution. They don’t cut any corners! Looking forward to coming back for more education! Best training I have experienced! I can’t begin to tell you how great and amazing this course is. Is it worth the money…….absolutely! All the equipment is brand new out of their packages for a real life experience. The instructors were made for this line of work and are passionate about teaching and preparing future students! They truly built something incredible. I went through the TCCC course and don’t be intimidated by 4 days. As experienced providers we have knowledge already but trust me you’ll gain more. By the last day when you’re in the field everything comes together and as a team you will do amazing things. Trust the process and best wishes to future students! See you in the field.

The English language simply does not carry sufficient emotional capital to emphasize the value of my experience at WTL. (I took the TCCC/CMC course). I left the short period of time I spent with them with a new confidence, competence, and drive to pursue the path I was already walking. And perhaps my favorite part of that fact is that I wasn’t given that, I was provided the opportunity to earn it.

Smidge of background - I’m a new medic with long time EMT experience, veterinary tech experience, and applying to med school while working toward an FP-C. Further, I have some teaching background in this arena and have seen this done well before.

Stay WTL provides the resources and opportunities to challenge yourself and grow into a stronger care provider in dynamic and (in civilian world) rare situations in a remarkably short period of time. Hands down, it is effective and was a damn good time to boot. Honestly, I would do this kind of stuff on the weekend for fun.

The delivery of information was top notch, paced well, primarily hands on, and blatantly humble. There is nothing imposing or cocky about this place. They are there for you and there to make sure you’re grasping what’s truly important about the course. It’s a place and a people with their eyes squarely on the right values and clearly love what they’re doing. The communication and check ins were beyond expectation - it was always verified I had everything I needed to be successful and that I was mentally and physically doing well. A beautiful touch to the experience, and a lesson in and of itself.

Bottom line - come here and train, you will leave fundamentally rearranged in the best of ways. I’m a better medic and a better man for having spent time here. Thank you Vince, and the entire Cadre - y’all have something really special here and my only wish was that I lived closer so I could be a bigger part of it!

Vince and his Cadre of instructors are simply fabulous! Their training, knowledge, and experience are nothing less than phenomenal ... current, relevant, and at the "tip of the spear!" I cannot imagine myself being provided this level of highly-skilled professional education and training anywhere else. Their facility and equipment is "state of the art" and facilitates a natural flow of presentation and simulation. I participated in the Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) Practitioner course, and I will certainly be taking additional training from Within Thin Lines Foundation!

Do i recommend the place? You decide on your own i can only give you bunch of facts and tell you my story.
Came all the way from Poland to join TCCC Tier 3 CM/C Course in Orland Park Chicago.
Was it blind shot? Hell No - spent hours in front of the screen searching something special. Help came from the NAEMT site where i found contact to Vince Castaneda. Exchanged couple of emails with Vince and i knew right away that STAY WTL FOUNDATION will be my spot.
Now as i'm writing these lines completion cert is on it's way and my eyes are closing on their own as the last couple of days were really demanding both intellectually and physically. Once again - was this all worthy? Hell YEAH. Why?
Cause being a MEDIC to me means permanently upgrading skills and learning new stuff. Sometimes You have to pay the price for that. But what makes your educational journey a lot easier is meeting right people in the right place.
When you decide to take course at STAY WTL FOUNDATION you may have a chance to meet VINCE - a guy who i genuinely recommend, who is passionate and dedicated to his work, massively experienced and above all knows how to teach the trade. People around him representing same standards were of massive help during the course. Thank you guys!
Being a participant of the selection of courses here you have also a unique chance to practice medicine on high end equipment in real-life situations.
On top of all that The Stay Within The Line Foundation became my second home for the time being for which I am really grateful. Thanks for the morning coffee and bagels. I truly appreciate all of that!

I had the opportunity to have Vince as my instructor for my AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED/First aid class and was impressed with the knowledge and attention that was provided to me especially since I was the only one for that class date! Vince truly dedicates his time and skills to help further your educational needs. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and equipment used for training inside Within Thin Lines. At the end of the class I was given a tactical pack, tourniquet, and pocket mask. If I ever need more classes I will definitely be returning, thank you!
