Jen, Shawna, Miss Linda and Miss Grace are fantastic. Your Littles are safe here. They have a great and fun curriculum, my daughter loved them so much. Thank you for your kindness and welcoming care.

I was looking for a daycare for my children to attend and this one happens to be the closest to our home. When I spoke on the phone with the director things were great she offered to schedule a tour for me and my son which I happily agreed to. However when I arrived in person the way the teachers looked at me as if they saw a ghost or I didn’t belong there was really rude and troubling. The director finally came and let me in but was now hesitant and about giving me further information and even letting me tour the facility. I then informed her that my oldest is autistic which is when I could feel yet another shift in energy as if she rather not deal with him. She AGAIN OFFERED to let him do an experimental 2 hours today. When we showed up TWO teachers looked directly at us waiting outside the locked door and said nothing, nor did they inform someone that we were there I rang the bell maybe three or 4 times. Three parents came and went while we stood waiting. I then decided to leave since it was so unwelcoming. It’s been three hours the director has not reached out to try to correct the issue.

I have nothing but amazing words for the Willowbrook KinderCare! I have a 1 year old and 2 year old that attend here and I love it. I spoke to Ms. Jen when enrolling my children and she was Wonderful!
My son started going here when he turned 1 and a half with Ms. Shawna and Ms. Jessica. They are amazing with the toddlers, I felt so comfortable leaving my son with them. He’s learned so much since starting and I couldn’t be more grateful for them, now being 2 he moved up into the Twos classroom he is now with Ms. Teresa & Ms. Zenaidalee and he's continuing to thrive, thank you so much ladies!! My daughter started in The Infant A classroom with Ms. Rose & Ms. Ericka but shortly went into the infant B class with Ms. Claudia & Ms. Arielle. They are AMAZING with her, and all the other children in the class room. They treat each child like if they are their own. All of these teachers here are wonderful and I couldn’t have been happier with the choice I made when sending my children to this school! Thank you ladies for all the hard work you do day to day with our babies🥰🥰

Kinder Care in Willowbrook has been such a wonderful experience for my family. Miss Jen and Miss Jackie are always so helpful when we drop off and pick up, on top of assisting with administrative tasks that help run and ensure the facility is a safe place for our little one's. Our Experience with teachers has been nothing but positive. They are all so positive, kind and amazing. From Mis Seanna, Miss Ana, miss Isabel, miss Diana, Miss Mary , Miss Sarahi , miss Linda etc and honestly all that have been with my kids. Miss Sarahi in the pre k class is amazing and is helping a lot on expanding my son skill set and overall knowledge to get him ready for kindergarten. Couldn't be happier with our choice in daycare for our littpe ones. Both my daughter and son loves going everyday there! Thank You for being great everyday

My son goes in KinderCare for 5 months now. He learned so much by this time and he's always happy when I drop him off and pick him up. I get daily updates. Everybody is very nice and polite. I am so glad I chose this daycare. I feel comfortable sending my child there and I recommend them to everybody

My son is 3 years now. Been with them since he was 3 months. He has been hitted from a teacher with a visible dark blue mark on his back, the inspector on the case has the pictures. No kid deserves to be hitted at the place where you think is the safest for him and you are paying a lot of money for safety and education. They saw her once but maybe there was 100 times and hits. After that he start biting (self defense). Put on the side some of the teachers 2-3 of them they are great, but the rest they come and go every month they dont have enough personnel. Can't wait for your response so I can explain everything to the last detail how the things are going in the daycare.There is also a DCFS case as I mention before which I'll think to reopen.

Have been with the Willowbrook center for about 8 years and have always felt very comfortable leaving my children. Everyone has always been professional and very nice. If your considering this place, go check it out; the set up is beautiful as well..
