Since the location is so crowded with a lot of parking lots and buildings its very easy to miss the office. when I called the office Matto was very helpful, and welcoming. He helped us get to the location, gave us directions to the office on the phone, and even during the fingerprinting process he explained every step. Thank you Matto !!!!

Staff is very helpful and kind. Location is a little difficult to find. It is the building just to the North of the Rialto on the corner of Chicago and Clinton. It has no markers. Go in one of the two swinging doors off of Chicago(not the rotating because it is locked), to the elevators, and go up.to the 4th floor. You can't miss it!

They get right down to business here! They’re willing to walk first-time applicants through the process of registering as a substitute teacher or other licensed professionals on ISBE’s web site. The last time I visited this office I was in and out in less than a half-hour.
