As a prospective homeschool parent looking to have a volunteer read with my child and work on some short stories I was extremely disappointed with this company right off the bat. Emails were dismissive, rude, and short. Getting information from them is like pulling teeth, the ignorance about autism is palpitable. Just because my daughter has a diagnosis you have absolutely no clue what her needs are. You have just assumed that she is not able to be helped because you have a preconceived idea of what it is. They claim they do not help people with extra needs. Yet they didn't even bother to clarify what she needed help with. Autism is a spectrum and you can't make judgment based upon hearing the word alone. I'm extremely disappointed in this company as I came to them by positive word of mouth but I can assure you this is not the company you want your child working with.

I have volunteered with Whiz Kids for more than ten years. It is a FREE to student and school organization that provides academic support to students who have been recommended to the program by their classroom teacher. We concentrate on reading, math, and educational (fun) games to engage our learners.

Haven't experienced it. Once I was notified of the prices I was done. You would assume with a pandemic as many kids doing home school prices would be more reasonable
