Ive gone here before and have had positive experiences until today. I have a minor balance that I set up a payment plan for this was the option available online when I did the online registration for my appointment.
I went in for my dental appt today and was denied service despite that i was in pain and told them so. I was told, no full payment no help recieved. If its supposed to be a community place to help those underserved with financial limitations, then why turn a patient away in pain and in need. Especially if they made a payment plan and payment.
I am so disappointed in my experience and will not be back.
If you are in need and financially limited best to go elsewhere.

I would like the email address to this clinic, please? My patience is stil here, but it is wearing thin. IF I lose the tooth, I WILL be gettinga lawyer. I went there last month about a blackened tooth and what the dentist told me was to brush more. I would love and appreciate so much to know the brand of toothpaste that reverses the incipient caries of the tooth. PLEASE do contact me!!

Called in for moderately severe tooth extraction. Got me in right away to be treated with the script sent to the pharmacy.
Set out for another 12 days and called them for another appointment and everything seemed good. Wow
Only to have someone call later that afternoon. Mr. Watts you can't be seen without payment upfront. Paid it up; to only arrive at my appointment the next day with even more of a hassle. Mr Watts you need to when you leave here make a payment it doesn't have to be in full. That'll only be if you have to see us again for something else.

Have been coming here since I was 16. I’m 25 and have never seen the staff rest anyone with disrespect. Always busy and overworked here but they always so caring. They truly care about their community. (Experience with Mental health dept. & doctors)

I am extremely disappointed after my most recent visit. I have come here multiple times in the past for physicals, immunizations and tests. I have never had a bad experience until today. I needed to get a work physical for my new job. The receptionist was fine and the nurses that I interacted with were nice. The doctor however was terrible. Shortly after he came in he asked me if I ever though of losing weight. To be clear I know I am overweight and I I have been most of my life so this is not something I haven't heard before. And I know that losing weight would improve my overall health. However my parents, husband and I have started tracking calories and working hard to lose weight that we all need to get rid of. When I told him that we are doing a calorie deficit he lectured me about how those don't work and I should come see him when I get tired of it so we can talk about a medical fix. (I'm assuming he meant medication or surgery) He repeatedly brought this up for the rest of the appointment. I left with my heart racing and cried in the car on the way home because of how he treated me. Doctors like this are the main reason I avoid seeing a doctor unless I absolutely have to and I know many others feel the same way.

This place has been great for my children! They are so nice to them and interact very well with them. That being said, this place could really use organization. I called in February to book an appointment for my husband and I, and it was scheduled for July. I made it clear that my husband and I, while we have a great family, don't have available sitters all the time so if our kids can't come back with us to let me know so I can find someone for my kids.
I got there today and was told my kids would not be allowed to come back with me and that they couldn't take my husband first then me. This was a waste of gas and time. They need to make it obvious that kids can't go back with their parents.

I will NEVER go back to this place...EVER!! I never received any notices about my appointment, and no link to fill out paperwork, but the receptionist claimed they were sent to me ( to my phone). They even supposedly sent it to my phone while I was sitting there, and still received nothing.
But the reason I am writing this review is to give my evaluation of the oral surgeon's assistant. OMG! She thought she knew everything, and didn't listen AT ALL to what I was saying. She was the rudest, most obnoxious, condescending, arrogant little (itch) I have ever encountered in the medical field. She talked over me, and then told me not to get upset. I finally snapped back "I am NOT upset." I have NEVER experienced this kind of behavior from ANYONE in the medical field until this appointment! I wanted to really tell her a thing or two ( which I normally do NOT do ), but figured she might be the one to give me the numbing agent, so I refrained. When she left the room, I broke out in tears. I liked Dr. Whitaker, but it's really too bad he has a (itch with a B) working for him.
By the way, I don't normally call people names, but in this case, I make the exception! She truly deserves to be called one!!!!

In years past, I have had a very good experience with this place but recently everything has changed. They have lost a lot of really good people and it's just not the same.

I know there aren't a lot of good options when it comes to healthcare in this country but I want to say that there is nowhere that you can go and be treated with kindness, empathy, and humanity. You are a patient, not a human. When push comes to shove, they do not care about you.

I'm glad there is a resource for people seeking help, but keep your expectations low. Advocate for yourself. You will have to fight to get what you need. Remember, they need you. Your insurance or whatever else is how they stay in business. Demand to be treated fairly, and with respect.

Stay safe out there. Things will continue to get worse as our healthcare system crumbles.
