Amazing providers here they listen and care and will send you to the right specialist. They always follow up right away and they care so much about your health! I just had an extremely great experience with the women’s clinic in batesville I had an amazing doctor they are very professional clean and organized my Dr. is Dr.Applget she is wonderful surgeon and bateveills hospital was also a really great experience. Thank you to all of the White River Staff!!

White River Medical Center is a disaster! After 2 hours in the ER, we still hadn't been seen, and they were taking people who came in after us. We gave up, went to after hour care, and have been waiting another 2 hours - 4 hours wasted because White River hospital is incompetent and only interested in our money. It’s complete bullshit on how this hospital is even still going we need better healthcare workers cuz all these dr care about is how much money they can make off of making you wait it out. I’m glad my daughter isnt dying because then maybe just maybe they’d actually do their job!!

We really liked our doctor Pollack and she is great, but when we had the on call doctor Carlton she is the absolute worst doctor I have ever experienced and this was our fourth child so we've seen plenty of doctors in the past. Carlton ruined the whole experienced of having our baby. She would go against what our doctor wanted and completely lie to us about it. We also have a list of people that Carlton has treated them the same.

I will not detail the un professional treatment or rudeness I recieved from a couple ppl on 4th floor. but I would like to thank Krystle Wilson. She went above and beyond to comfort me.
Krystle seems like a genuinely kind person. Wrmc needs more staff like her!!
Dr. Or Mr. Chander Aggarwal is very nice, has a gentle demeanor which I appreciated. He seemed to care about what I would say and listened well as I explained. Huge thanks to him!
Also, a sweet girl from dietary named Josayln was super kind and went above and beyond for me as well.

CNA named Cody was decent, he tried. A nurse named Christina at night was super sweet and really smart too! She should be a Dr.
Young lady named Lyric is super sweet too!! A Cleaning lady named Kacee ? (I believe) was nice and kept my room clean during my stay. Everyone down stairs including every nurse and a female DR. (Do not know her name) Down stairs,, Were all very kind to me while being admitted. All the staff downstairs that I had encounters with- were on top of my every need-attentive to my needs and concerns. That meant alot to me.
I had been really ill and was very concerned and the ppl I mentioned seemed very compassionate. Need more ppl with compassion in this hospital. In every hospital for that matter
Thank you all for comforting me and caring for me during my stay last couple days. Those of you I listed will be blessed by the Lord for your sincere kindness. I appreciate you all. And many others do too I am sure of it.

This place is a death trap. My sister in law had surgery yesterday and was fearful of potential complications during her recovery. First off, she was sent home the day following the surgery after having an organ removed. Busch League to begin with, but next day releases happen all the time, right? Oh wait, it gets worse. Now mind you my sis in law is a nurse herself AT THAT HOSPITAL, a fact that they completely missed. I'm not saying hospital staff deserve better care or anything like that, but how you gonna diagnose someone when you're so clueless that you can't identify your own people?! These people went on to treat her like a drug addict looking for a fix even though she didn't complain of pain. Sure she was in some pain, but she just had surgery, so it's to be expected. To make matters worse, they did nothing but 2 CT scans, and had the nerve to NOT EVEN TELL HER ABOUT A COLLAPSED LUNG!!!! The only way she found out about it was reading the report herself because, as I said, she's a nurse herself. Good thing too, as she had to request PE protocol herself being that none was ordered. It's almost like they have a quota for their body count. The level of incompetence at this place is freakin' flabbergastingly out of control. I know several people who would rather drive an hour to Jonesboro than risk their life in the Batesville Death Trap, and now I see why. Y'all are mixing up your town's name. It's Batesville, not the freakin' Bates Motel! Stop trying to kill people!!!

The stars on the reviews speak for themselves. Great place if you need a bandage or aspirin. But it's hit and miss on anything bigger. You just pray you aren't one of the unfortunate ones smh. They have 1 awesome ER doc, pitman. And a few really good nurses.I've had lots of issues since being hit by a car, seen that place more than I ever wanted to. And been very afraid a couple times. My wife had her right hip replaced year in 2023, her left hip in 2024. Her left did amazing! But the right side which was done first still hurts so bad she's limited to what she can do. Same doc did both... this is my personal thoughts and experiences. To each their own but you have been warned. You do you.

I had the spinal shot for my csection (which I said I didn't want) then as soon I felt cutting, I said I felt it. I was in pain, crying and shaking saying I feel it, I feel it. They pushed morphine that did NOTHING to relieve the pain. I was so scared and in so much pain. I should've been put under, but I was left to sob on the table while I felt them removing my baby. They ignored it and said that no I didn't feel pain, I was just panicking. No, I wasn't. I felt actual PAIN and I was ignored.

How did this place get 2 stars? I visited my family all the way from Toronto, Ontario Canada. This is probably the worst hospital in the world! I am so sorry to all the other Americans who have to pay for Healthcare and get THIS treatment. Especially if they came to this hospital. I watched a girl threaten security on a man for asking one of the workers about his son. Totally out of range. I'd pay to have this place torn down on a livestream.
