If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Western Slope Driving Institude was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was met with disrespect and utter incompetence. The staff acted as if my presence was an inconvenience to them, rolling their eyes and muttering under their breath whenever I asked a question.

The wait time was excruciating—over two hours for a simple driving test, with no updates or explanations. When my name was finally called, the examiner was not only late but also completely unprofessional. They barked instructions with an attitude that made it clear they didn’t care about my success, treating me like a nuisance rather than a customer.

In short, Western Slope Driving Institude if you value your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of. There are far better options out there—anywhere would be an improvement over this dreadful establishment. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

If you are looking for a drive test or permit test, please do not come here. The customer service is terrible. They will yell at you, fail you and intimidate you. I highly recommend going anywhere else

Don’t bother here unless you want to waste your time- all morning long trying to get ahold of someone on the phone to no avail, TO MAKE SURE I didn’t need any sort of appointment for the test, THAT THEY ONLY FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis is in the voicemail, only to go drive 40 minutes one way to get told nope I have to have an appointment for what I need and good luck and chuckled at me that we’re looking at next month. What a joke and what a waste of time.
Save your time and just go else where to start with.

All the 1 star reviews are true. Don't waste your time, the instructor (shes blonde) is rude and once shes done taking your test she goes and talks to the other workers about your drive test, while I was waiting in line she was talking about a customer saying that he didn’t pass and continued to talk bad about him. All they want is your money and they will fail you. Go to a different driving school a good one would be American Driving academy in Denver. If the blonde sees this, if you dont like your job, quit. Theres better people who fit the qualities to be a good instructor, but you’re not it.

Don’t bother going here. The tester does even speak English very hard to understand and definitely does not know how to drive correctly. Insane!

There was a beautiful redhead gal that helped me. I was quite nervous, but she made my experience easy & fun. She was professional yet personable. I couldn't of asked for a better place, experience, & person to have worked with. Props to Brittany (I think that's her name); that company should give you a raise for all that you do & the amazing experience. Some people forget that we're the customers & that we're nervous, but not her! 10/10 Thank you!

They don’t explain to you anything And they purposely fail you. Those ladies are very unprofessional Disgusting behavior! You can tell how uninterested they are to help you.
If you hate your job stay home with your kid.
Its lot money for us to lose just like within 10 mins of so called driving test with false report.
