I had such a great experience with this program! Cindy is very welcoming to everyone and makes sure that the class gets to know each other and keeps the lectures entertaining and engaging. You can really tell how much Cindy cares about the futures of her students. She takes the time to get to know everyone and puts so much care into deciding where she wants to send you for your externship because she wants you to thrive! The class is fast paced, but her teaching style really helped me to grasp the information and she will let you know what you really need to know. Maria and Brigida were also really great instructors for the labs, they would take the time to work with everyone one on one to make sure we were getting the hang of things. I feel very prepared to take the national exam and start my externship in a couple of days. I would very much recommend this program if you are thinking about becoming a Medical Assistant! I’m sad that it went by so quickly, but excited to see what the future brings!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cindy and this program! The wonderful lab assistants, as well as Cindy, are so helpful and truly want everyone to LEARN and progress. This whole program sets you up for success, as long as you put in some effort! I was a little nervous when starting the program (because it’s so quick) but it was very very manageable. I feel I have learned so much within this six weeks and I am so excited to start my career as a medical assistant. Thank you West Coast MA (and Cindy of course)!!

I definitely recommend taking this medical assisting class. Cindy the instructor is one of the best instructors I've had. She is very thorough while giving her lectures and always wants to make sure that you understand all the information that she gives you. You can tell that she really cares for all of her students and wants to have everyone thrive in their future medical career.

Cindy is an amazing instructor. She is really good at making sure you understand the information and prepare you for the national exam. Fridays are fun lab days with injections, blood draws and more! Would definitely recommend her class over any other one! ? thank you Cindy!!
