We chose this facility for our toddler because it was close to where we live. It ultimately turned out to be an amazing daycare center for my little one. They are all down to earth and friendly, and treat my son with care. He is always happy to go to school and loves his teacher. Its not overcrowded or chaotic. His teacher always has fun and educational things planned and its a joy to see photos of him throughout the day, with updates on the app. The facility staff and management is always extremely nice and offer fun events for kids; petting zoo, pizza or pool party.
Im very happy to have such a great daycare just around the corner from us.

This place is awesome! Our toddler has been attending since April and, as first-time parents, we could not be happier with our experience. The staff helped our kiddo ease into the routine and they're always helpful, full of joy and energy, and engaged with parents and kids alike. The toddler room teachers do an awesome job with keeping us updated with adorable photos and videos throughout the day, which really helps if you're missing the little one. Well-run and clean center!

My kids have been going here since February of this year, the staff seems to be very on top of things and they keep you well informed of your children in the KinderCare app. I know price is one thing but if you’re concerned for your child’s safety and well being the staff here care very well for your kids, both of my children love it and look forward to returning each day of the week! Thank you KinderCare team for helping out with my children and giving them an early education! Me, mom and the kids appreciate it. My kids go here full time though my older son is now in Kindergarten, KinderCare shuttles him to school and back when he is done on the KinderCare bus.

My son is going to KinderCare West Chicago a few days per week ever since he's 3 months old. It's a big, emotionally overwhelming step to choose a daycare for your precious baby. Especially when you are first time parents (like us) who don't know how to pick the RIGHT place. But I am extremely happy with this one. The teachers are very caring and do such fun activities with the babies, the administrative staff is very responsive and helpful. They have a new app that keeps me informed about my son's day. They also upload pictures of him so I can see all the fun things they do! I love that! I am recommending this daycare to anyone!

West Chicago Kindercare is great!! The staff are friendly, kind, and professional. They really care for the kids and go above and beyond. It’s a great feeling to know our baby is in such good hands there while we’re at work. I highly recommend the center!

Our son just turned 1 year old and he's been with this center since he was about 3 months old. In the beginning we were so apprehensive about which day care center to choose.. After this last year we wouldn't have it any other way.

The teachers cater to our particular feeding schedules and nap times. They're also incredibly warm and compassionate and have earned our son's trust and our own.

Management is also really easy to work with. They have been accommodating at the times that we needed to bring in our son an extra day, when a life event came up.

I would recommend this center to anyone.

I would say if my kids love her teachers must be a good place. I have a 9 year old and a 4 year old, both love it. I've talked to Jill and Amber and ALWAYS with a great attitude and willing to help on anything we need. Absolutely love it.

My son and I love this daycare. The ladies at the front desk help with anything. My son loves his teachers and does so well at this daycare. I was worried bc my son was previously in a kindercare that was really horrible but this daycare really put my hope back into daycares. The other kids really love it here too. As a mother your worse fear is daycares nowadays but this one is really great
