Worst customer experience ever, Told me everyone is at lunch, I say okay when would be good time to come back, Told me I can schedule and appointment, I say okay let's schedule appointment. Then I'm told I can do that online, what's the point of even having people work there horrible customer service

Probably the worst Wells Fargo I've worked with. I often need notary services and this Wells Fargo requires an appointment and depending on who you talk to, you can get one in the same day or wait up to 24 hours (and the attitude of the person answering makes all the difference). In all the other Wells Fargo Banks I've gone to across the country, this is the only one that treats notary services this way. I use Wells Fargo because it's convenient, but it's becoming decidedly less so and I may look elsewhere for my business and banking needs. I've already pulled my business account and transferred to another bank for similar issues.

After a long day at office and on the way through Escondido, stopped and walked in to this bank to do a cash advance. The person (Jessica) in the counter was very courteous and such a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Good service, need more people like that at the banks. Thanks!

This is the worst bank ever. I went and deposited a Wells Fargo issued payroll check into my account. I get home an hour later check my account and there's no money so I have to go back to the bank. The rude bank manager lady that did not have a name tag on and would not give me her name tells me she'll do me a favor. She explains to me that there's a 24-hour hold. Are you kidding me they're going to put a hold on their own issued payroll check. I can walk in there and cash it and they can push a button and give me my money but I can't deposit it even though it's their own check. Horrible Bank horrible customer service.

Just went into this branch to cash a large check that is from Wells Fargo. I was told that because I'm not a Wells Fargo customer they can't cash it due to the large amount and they only will do it for their clients... well thats definitely not the way the will get me to bank with them. Asked to speak to the manager and she was so rude!! I asked if they had the funds there and she said yes but only for their customers...

Long line at 3 pm Tuesday, 6/1. Only two tellers at first, 2 more added after 20 minutes. Deposited cashier's check that won't be available until next morning. Masks reqd as well as social distancing. Don't go out if you tested positive for covid19 or feel sick. Only 4 stars as their interest rates are very small.
