Would like them to be open later, especially on the weekend, as going all the way to college of lake county to study is very inconvenient, and it is harder to stay productive at home.

Have never personally witnessed the staff being rude, but I'll keep an eye out next time I'm there and will adjust my review accordingly.

This library is up to date on all selection of movies magazine newspaper information and the librarians are courteous helpful knowledgeable about the information you need also any documents you need to notorized it's free to you and reserve room for meetings two hours computer lab time just ask and they will extend if needed great library love there

Went to this library to study. A rude staff member wearing a covid mask (post covid) asked for my personal information as targeting. I never experienced unwelcome and hostile treatment at a library before. Its possible white staff members feel as if they own the library and can be rude to patrons as they see fit. I felt racially targeted during my visit and I have very deep concerns.

Super helpful staff. Vanessa was a pro at research. People complain that libraries are a waste of Tax payor dollars, but this one is proof that the community is well served by this important resource.

I've been looking forward to establishing myself with the waukegan library. Today I went to get my library card and fax and print some items. While eventually it all got done. I was disappointed with the staff. The woman who helped me with my library card was amazing! However the woman with short dark hair has no customer services skills and was rude and unhelpful. I do plan on returning for some children's books, that's what most intrigued me to sign up for a card. Hopefully staff will be more friendly next time.
