They took my information down and got me in but never could start orientation cause of there links and issues they constantly have I could never reach anyone to help me or figure out the problem to my issue very unprofessional and unorganized I'm very disappointed in this work source center !

These people will take ur info with no courage to give a simple call back. I was denied services by a program that actually wanted to help me because I was falsely accused of receiving benefits from here. I applied about 2 years ago, id call almost 2x a month and my call would never get answered. Then when they’ll answer they’d transfer me to a line that never picked up. Never did they reach out to me with any updates on the training I was interested in. They need more people who WANT TO ACTUALLY HELP not just collect a check. I’ve attempted to go in person several times and the office is always closed . This place is ran by rude works and careless people!

VERY RUDE GHETTO WORKERS ! No sense of customer or community service ! Hung up phone in my face when called them out for bad attitudes and sarcasm as I reached out for training. Falsely accused me of getting training that I NEVER received or signed up for just because they don’t want to allow me into the nursing program. I waited the two year time difference and now they come with a new excuse! Stated I “failed” the program when I was In a vehicle collision which was communicated with the school and should be on file. Lied about security training in 2021 when I’ve been having a guard card since 2013 ! I will be also reporting to BBB because they think when you are young and black that you have no common sense and will get treated any way! I would not recommend they only treat the people they know personally with respect!

I went today to the office and they're helping me to be certified for CNA the young lady that help me I want to say her name was Jasmine if it wasn't please forgive me but yes she was very helpful she was very polite well mannered and very respectful and took care of all my needs all my questions and I left very satisfied thank you so much 🤗

They opened at 8, called at 8:18, and I've been on hold ever since. it is currently 8:28. I just wanted some insight on a hiring event that was supposed to be happening. I asked to speak to Mrs. Kennedy and Whomever answered the phone said "yeah how may I help you" and I proceeded to ask my question and midway through my question they said "I don't know, hold on" and put me on hold. I am Still on hold as I type out this review, it is 8:30. They just opened, how busy could they be on a Tuesday Morning 30 minutes into opening

I had to come back to edit my review. I was on hold for 17 minutes and 56 seconds and the phone told me I reached the maximum voice-mail length. so they hung up and sent me to their voice-mail instead of getting the person I asked to speak to.

I've been hung up on 2x while trying to get information about how to get started. I won't even waste my time going into the office. If the service and attitude over the phone sucks then meeting the individual won't be a better situation AT ALL
