We came to check out the gardens. Got lost in the woods. Collected some seeds to plant in our garden at home, Identified two new mushrooms, and wore the dog out, She slept all night. Looking forward to visiting again and finding new hidden locations throughout.

Visited Washington Park Botanical Garden, but the indoor gardens were under construction. 🚧🔨

Took a nice walk around the outdoor paths, and they were great! The bell tower music was beautiful. 🎶🔔

Lots of people were out enjoying the spring day, like a happy squirrel convention. 🐿️

I'll definitely be back when the indoor gardens reopen. 👍🌼🌞

Delightful experience. Wide paved paths with beautifully planted container and inground displays. Plenty of shady areas and bench seating. I'd recommend coming and sitting with a book or handcraft. Very peaceful. Easy parking. Flush toilets in visitor center. Even few sunbathers today. Great picnic spot! Today, the rose garden looked shabby... but it has been hot.

Unexpected surprise with this quaint out of the way coffee ☕ house. Nestled at the foot hill of a hikers delight. Highly recommend their delicious house brew coffee, served ready to enjoy, you don't need sugar or creamer either. FYI cookies are fantastic. Happy trails. 🚶‍♂️🚵‍♀️

The botanical garden is absolutely beautiful and so well taken care of! It is a great place to visit. I got some professional pictures done here, as it is the perfect scenery. Highly recommend visiting!

As a botanical garden, it isn't one of the best I've visited, but as a community space, this is impressive how well it is maintained. It is a vast space offering sometime for dog walkers, sunbathers, sketchers, families, picnickers, or almost anything else that would draw you to an outdoor space.

Exceptionally nice to live near, pretty good to visit. We went in the winter and saw several people walking either by themselves or with dogs. Seems like a safe and well maintained place.
