I am a very picky eater and went to see Laura Walsh to get a better idea as to how I could improve my food intake. I had received test results from the annual physical exam and needed to lower some levels. Laura helped me track what I was eating and got me eating the few fruits and vegetables that I CAN eat at least a couple times a day. Other suggestions, such as no skin on chicken, cutting way back on sugar and better vitamin and snack choices. My levels did come down about six weeks later and I feel really good, with increased energy level and have not had a stomachache since. Great job!

We call her Dr. Laura in our house!!! She is highly educated, well-informed, kind, understanding and patient! We went to see her to navigate through a new nutritional challenge we had. It has been a pleasure each time we went in for an appointment. We always left feeling confident. Highly recommend the Welsh group, and if you're lucky enough to see Dr Laura you will be in great hands.

I was diagnosed with Gerd that at times gave me severe acid reflux which I called "ATTACKS". It was to the point where I did not want to eat on some days. To say the least, I was not in a good place. In a desperate search for help, I was extremely lucky to find Laura. She was able to see me the following day. I took her advice immediately by following her recommended diet plan. From the very first visit and all the follow up visits, Laura's pleasant demeanor and detailed attention to my specific needs has helped me tremendously. I am glad to report that I have NOT had any more "Attacks". I must say that Laura has been godsend. Thanks to Laura I feel I have gotten my health back.

I met Laura in august of 2024 it’s been about 6 months now and the nutritional plan she helped me incorporate has been helpful in so many ways. Learning to eat the right things at the right time of day has helped lower my blood pressure and a1c along with reducing inflammation in parts of my body that were aching all the time. Working out along with Laura’s guidance with food the last six months has helped me so much I highly recommend her for her knowledge and professional approach toward nutrition !! 5 stars!!!!!!
