Terrible. Called ahead and they said prescription was in and to come by and pick it up. Came in and waited in drive through line for 20 mins just for them to say it isn’t ready but to come by at 1 the next day. Went by at 4 a waited 30 min in drive through, and they said come back in an hour. Fool me three times I guess because lo and behold, it is still not done. This has happened multiple times to me at this location and eventually I had to switch

Save yourself and go somewhere else to fill prescriptions. This place lies on the phone and lies to your face and can’t fill basic easy prescriptions for even antibiotics in a timely manner.

Can I give 0? The workers there refuse to do a western union. I have shown up multiple times asking and have researched all the policies for Walgreens and western union and the people there refuse because they don’t want to deal with it. It’s despicable. The black lady and man with long hair need to be fired immediately.

The pharmacy staff is doing amazing for the workload they have; they have many things to do all at once and they provide excellent customer service while they do it; the pharmacists here have been much more pleasant and helpful than the main pharmacist from the one just south of them, I got my father’s prescriptions in a timely manner with little to no problems, would use again

Today was the last time using this pharmacy. I have lived in Monument for 8+ years and have been using pharmacies around the country for 20+ years and this Walgreens pharmacy provides, by far, the worst experiences ever. #1 on the hair pulling frustrations is the loosing prescriptions. #2, which ties into #1 is a level of incompetence I have never seen.

Here is a quick example. I have two prescriptions to pick up. I was told one prescription was lost and I need to go back to my provider to get them to send it in again. But during this interaction when they couldn't find that prescription, I was asked if I ever had a prescription at this Walgreens previously because they don't see me in the system. I say, "Yes, I have been here before." The conversation continues about the lost prescription and before I leave, I ask about the other prescription I came in for. I am told, oh yeah, "I see it right here, do you want it now?" I'm like, literally less than 5 minutes ago, you never saw me in your system, but now you see a prescriptions?!? Good thing I asked again. Mind blown.

Anyway, go to King Soopers, go to Safeway, go to Castle Rock or even Colorado Springs, heck even give the Walgreens on Baptist Road a try. Just don't go here if you want to keep your sanity.

Utterly terrible robotic people at the pharmacy (Kelly/Minnie is amazing however. Some oversized neanderthal looking guy at the check out lane...took 20 minutes doing this bizarre ritualistic thing with the money...like scanning with this machine....5 times...then his OCD kicked in and had to stack each bill PERFECTLY.......then picked up the bills....only to restack each one...the same way...3 more times...only reason I'm giving this a single star...is that Kelly/Minnie is amazing

I have never used a worse pharmacy. If it wasn't so close to home I would change. Unfortunately, I have now gone days without a new medication all because they are "behind", short staff has been a constant issue.

Horrible customer service! And no staff whatsoever. Placed a photo order early Sunday, with a delivery time of 9:11 AM, only to come back after 10:30 to find out the order had not even been processed by the individual who is now gone! There appears to be (ONE) person working in the store! Running between the photo lab, cashier, and helping customers in the aisles. Kudos to him but management is a failure!
