Our experience with Pamela at Vista Pointe/Prestige has been wonderful. As we have been preparing to place my loved one in this assisted living, we have been most impressed with Pamela and her dedication and enthusiasm for this place. In the process of finalizing everything Prestige has changed management companies so we are hoping the new Vista Pointe will be everything (and maybe more) that we have heard about from others in the community as well as Pamela. Regardless, we are trusting all will go well and as long as Pamela is there we are confident that it will. Her love for the residents is obvious every time we are there.

I am a caregiver and have seen many facilities. Prestige is really great with how they care for residents. The apartment my client is in is always clean. Any time but I have had Medical concerns for my client, they have always been addressed right away with calling the physician or doing what they need to do to make sure that she is taken care of. I have had great experience dealing with some staff, especially Laurie, Megan, and Alex. They work so hard all day and manage to keep smiling and take great care of the residents. It is obvious how much they care about the people and the job they do. A lot of employees get very burnt out and don't take care of people the way that they deserve to be but I find that the staff here is amazing.

My aunt had a number of needs I was unable to meet after an extensive stay in rehab. The staff at Prestige was wonderful with her. They treated her like family. They were very kind and considerate with her and catered to her every need...

It's a really decent independent living facility, and the food is very tasty. My grandfather resides there, so it better be good given the rent he pays.

No physical therapy offered, nor any room provided for it.
