Waited until a week before closing to extend closing due to something they already knew would be a problem but didn’t verbalize. Then 2 days before closing (while already moved out and staying in an Airbnb) Jake Farbaer states that VU can’t find without the rest of our savings being paid. This is something they would have known weeks earlier and I would have avoided with a better company. Our savings was to help us get through the transitioning months but without it my family suffered. Do yourself a favor. If you count on bonuses or commissions for your income use somebody else.
