I love having a pole studio nearby! This is such a welcoming studio and the instructors and fellow students are an amazing community. I always feel better once I go to the studio and I love the offering of different classes they have. I love that no experience is necessary and they have different levels that grow with you. Highly recommend this studio. As a plus size woman, I always feel comfortable and encouraged!

I'm DELIGHTED that Vertical Fusion opened a studio here in Longmont. I had always wanted to try pole, but had zero movement background and was very pandemic-couch-potato in my fitness level. The teachers are incredibly supportive, body-positive, and celebrate your work no matter your level of "achievement" (whatever that means).

And overall I feel a huge level of safety — there is no trying tricks you're not ready for here, but there's no limit to the number of appropriate challenges you can take on.

Coming to classes twice a week for the past year has become a non-negotiable in my life. Do the showcases! They're super fun and you can make awesome friends.
