BEST daycare you can ask for! Where to begin, I have sent all 3 of my kids here 2 of which are still attending. The staff is warm and welcoming and are very good at keeping everything and everyone in order. My kids actually learn things here and they gave my oldest and amazing base knowledge to start , it made kindergarten much easier for her. They have an amazing music person that comes in and my kids love singing along and learning. In fact my 2 year old already knows his days of the week and months of the year! don't pass this place up, you will not find anything close to the quality of the staff and classroom staff

My Son started here in Nov 2017 and it started out really well. We were impressed with the facilities and activities set up for the kids. We liked that we were only charged for days attended and could call out at free will without being charged. The Office staff is friendly and very nice every morning coming and going.

Everything started out great until our son was moved to the 3/4 yr old rooms. Our son can be very set in his ways so when his new teacher expressed that he was being difficult at times I had no reason to disbelieve her. His behavior at home after the change started to decline once moving to the 3/4 class room, he started hitting and pinching his older brother, Screaming NO Go AWAY, which is not a phrase we use at home. These were all things his teacher had noted issued with him during the day. These are all learned behaviors, and I know that my son was not the only one being a "Bully" as he was often described as, because he would come home with little pinch marks on the back of his arms and sides.

The mornings were the worst and he would cry and refused to go to school anymore. We addressed with the office that his behavior shifted since moving to the new classroom and more and more he had behavior issues while at school. I didn't have any reason to not trust the staff on his difficult behavior as I know he can be stubborn.

About 3 weeks ago he came home with his 3rd and final warning due to behavior. I took the day off work after he was kicked out and he said to me " I'm so happy no time out school today." My heart was crushed. We immediately started searching for another daycare that could start him within the week. We went to 5 other day cares that day in the area and locations around our work place.

This school refunded us for unused hours and we parted ways. After starting another day care 2 days later there was an INSTANT change in his behavior. He's had ZERO issues at the new school, and we've have daily contact with his new teacher. My only regret is leaving my son here as long as I did and trusting the staff over my own child. Please listen to you children! I don't have anything personal against this facility but I really do hope they take an internal look into the 3/4 year old class room.

Only went here for a tour but what a disaster. Upon entry there was a very rude and condescending woman at the front desk. We decided to tour anyways since anyone can have a bad day. While walking through the hall past the classrooms, I noted of the 5 teachers I saw, 2 were sitting in a corner on their phone away from children. In one classroom they were pouring cereal onto a table for the toddlers to come up and help themselves. The playground seemed impressive at first until I asked where my 2 year old would play if enrolled.... it was a small patch of blacktop with a shade. No toys, no play structure, nothing. It didn't appear that any children had been out there at all that day despite the weather being nice. I believe that first impressions can often be misleading and still I wouldn't bring my dog here for care much less my child.

My son has been at Valley Childcare Learning Centers for almost 4 years now & we all love it. The teachers are excellent, they care & they do more than just "watch" my son. He continuously comes home with new things he has learned. The office staff is wonderful & makes a point to say hello & goodbye to everyone walks in & out of the center. I will be really sad to see him leaving there when he goes to Kindergarten.

If I could give zero stars I would. My son went here 4 years ago and it was a nightmare and still scarring to think about his treatment. The women running this daycare are some of the absolute worst humans I have encountered in my life. My child was ripped out of my arms and I was berated because he wanted to run up and give me a hug at pick up time. Going with a babysitter would be a better option than to put them in this daycare.

My daughter goes here on a "drop in" basis and we have not been disappointed. It is so convenient to know she is welcome at any time we need the help. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. When I tell my daughter she is going to "school" on a certain day, she is always happy to go and this makes me a happy mama!!

We started our Day Care experience at Tutor Time for twice the price, we didnt know about Valley Child Care at the time. We left Tutor Time when we went on vacation kind of last minute and found out that they needed something like a week or 2 weeks notice for us to take our children somewhere? They charged us even though we were on vacation!

So we went searching for a few different day care centers around the area and found these people and we couldnt be happier, pricing is half, you can take your child whenever you want, you arent charged for days you are not there, you can pay every day or pay in advance it is just what a business for families should be.

We have been with Valley Child Care for a few years now and while they are not perfect they are close! The front desk staff is awesome, you always see them busting their butts doing right by the kids, giving attention, they know every kids name from what I can see and the classroom staff is good too. While some teachers are hit and miss others are exceptional, loving and you can tell they care about the kids. They are going to take our 2nd kid from 12 weeks to Kindergarten and I leave there everyday knowing that they are in good hands.

I dont write alot of reviews and in this day and age good reviews are rare, but when you find something that other should know about and trust then I think you should, and I am.

Thanks!

Horrible. My childs dad dropped off there and they took my child with NO immunization records and continued to take my child without asking us for records. Then after being notified of allergens wrote on daily log my child was given said allergen. On pick up I found my child in the middle of the room crying and no one bothering to comfort my child or check for injuries. It was heart breaking. The place looks like a prison, no windows, dark, dirty and smelled like a urinal. I called the next day to speak with the owner to share my concerns of improper logging and to find out maybe there could be a positive such as a good curriculum but it really did not meet any standards. They claim to follow the federal food program and there is no kitchen. Lunch is catered in and breakfast and snack they buy. It is not nutritious at all. The owner told me that was my opinion and I asked her how marshmallow malty cereal is healthy. She claimed they have to buy foods the children will eat. Has she not heard of kix, berry cheerios? They go for cheap over healthy.

After a week I was told I cannot pick up my child, I can drop off but I cannot pick up. I had no other interactions with the daycare other then the one phone call. There is no court order or anything else to prevent me from my child other then the owners own decision and any daycare that freely chooses to prevent a mother from picking up her own child without any legal documentation is not a place for any child. I was never given a reason why I cannot pick up and the employees refused to tell me. On my return from Chicago I immediately placed my child into Ollie Academy. Ollie Academy is much more welcoming and clean and children are not made to sleep on a dirty floor with questionable immunizations of the other children in their care. Valley Daycare doesn't seem to require proof of immunization of the children they take in (which is against regulations) they are most likely not requiring it from their staff and perhaps equally lax on CPR and first aid certifications.

My childs dad and I are going through a difficult time and daycare should stay a neutral place and not involve themselves in any sort of family matters. I don't know what my child's dad said to them and instead of handling the matter professionally, the owner inappropriately chose to involve her "business."

I really wanted to give Valley a chance despite all the negative reviews but after the way I was prevented from picking up my own child with no reason given, I cannot allow my child to continue there and I don't feel anyone should take their child to a place with such questionable practices.
