Reefer load. Arrived evening before Wednesday morning appointment at 0600. Put bills with phone number in envelope by shipping door as instructions indicated. Got a phone call with a door at 0626, unloaded and out by 0728. Open doors, slide tandems back, back in and chock wheels. They brought signed bills out to truck when unloading was completed. Lots of room to maneuver. Overnight parking on site. Just outside gate is plenty of grassy area for walking pets. Excellent experience. It’s kind of bizarre rolling through a residential neighborhood to get there (as someone mentioned in a prior review).😀 Once you get outside gate, there’s a nice wide shoulder to pull off and complete computer entries, clean up trailer etc…Watch out at rr crossing. The gates were barely in place and signaling before that train came barreling through. 😳 Safe trips!

I won’t say specifically what this company did to help me because I don’t want everyone begging them to do the same favor, but they did something that most receivers wouldn’t do and it helped me out immensely. It gives me faith that good people are still out there and this company doesn’t just treat you like another brick in the wall.

Quick easy unloading. Signs tell you the way to approach as you get into town. Go to door marked receiving and write your phone number on bills and put bills in hanging folder. Park on the end of the doors and they will call you when a door is ready.

This is only a parking review. I got here last night for an 11am appointment the following day. Talked with a guy working in the lot he said I could park inside and they'd probably unload me around 8 or 8:30. I didn't want to be woken up that early and he said I could park like everyone else has said on the street in the gravel. The cops woke me up at 8:30 anyways and said I could only park there for an hour. One of the neighbors complained he said.

Arrived 5am for 6am appointment. Wrote cell number on bills and placed in red folder hanging on the receiving door. Reminded them at 8am that I’m still here waiting. Assigned a door at 8:10am Unloaded 9 pallets and got the green light at 9am. Received paperwork and count completion process completed at 10:26am. Please focus on the inefficiency in your count and post unload process because this is keeping you guys from excellence.
