This location is a joke and most likely run by criminals. Twice within one month I sent Amazon packages back to the fulfillment center located in Vegas. The packages traveled normally until they got to Lathrop, CA, at this UPS location. From there, both orders didn’t move and I had to contact Amazon to get my money back. Twice in a month? Something fishy is going on, and what’s up with the hours of operation?! I’ll be calling UPS Corporate, but I doubt it’ll make a difference.

My package stopped moving after it arrived here. A Package that weighs 64 pounds does not get lost. It wasn’t a cheap item. They figured out what it was by the shape of the box and kept it for themselves.

I have had countless shipments go to this location an not make it to their destinations or customers. I have so many claims via UPS for this location alone, it is insane. How this location is still functioning is beyond me. I have an entire folder dedicated to this location alone.

This is the third time that this has happened to me. I got a notification that a package is arriving at my house and a signature is required. The time given was 12:30-2:00 PM on Thursday. I took the day off to ensure that the package is delivered. At around noon on Thursday a message from UPS indicated that the package would arrive between 2:30 and 4:30 PM. Another message at 2:45 PM stated that the package was arriving by 7 PM. At 7:14 PM another message stated that the delivery was delayed until the next day at 12:30-2:30 PM.
On Friday at around 11 AM another message stated that the item was out for delivery. At 11:09 AM another message indicated that the delivery would arrive by 7 PM. This is simply unacceptable and indicates a serious problem with this location and their inability to properly schedule a delivery. I understand that delays happen but to have so many changes and delays with almost every delivery is just poor service. And frankly, the company doesn’t care or even respond to customer inquiries.

The drivers here are lazy, they don't deliver packages. They mark in the handles that recipient isn't available without even trying. On more the one occasion they have done this to me when I or my wife was home all day and they didn't come by once. Of course we don't get any kind of compensation for our packages not being delivered in the time that was paid for. The customer service just says it will get there when it gets there. ? if I have a choice I always choose FedEx over UPS.

I think my package got lost in this facility, tracking 1ZR9Y4170394476838 it is stuck here from july 3, 2024 and is not moving forward.
Why here are many reviews of stolen packages in this facility, they need to fire the manager and supervisor for not doing theirs job.
