I called months in advance and spoke with the director to have my daughter come for a tour and discuss the finances of the program. It was the director’s recommendation to come on a Wednesday and so we agreed. Our appointment was scheduled for 11am. Unfortunately my daughter was passed off to a student who couldn’t answer my daughter’s questions because the director was too busy getting a facial. This was a terrible experience and for that my daughter crossed this place off her list.

I came in for an all over color, highlights, and cut. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door. The waiting area was clean and the receptionist was extremely friendly. Sommer did an amazing job on my hair and was super friendly and engaging throughout the entire service. The instructor Tammy was very friendly and informative and made sure to check in with Sommer throughout my appointment. I had a small section on the frame that didn't take color very well and was asked to come back the next day for it to be corrected at no charge. I came back in the next evening, and same experience. Chloe did an amazing job correcting the area that didn't take and styled my hair with some beautiful loose curls. While waiting for the color to process I had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Ny'Torious. She was very friendly and engaging as well. I really appreciated Tammy and all the students. I highly recommend this location. I definitely will be coming back. Pricing is great and an even better way to support future cosmetologists!!

Make sure YOU CLARIFY IF YOU WANT ABARBER HAIRCUT OR A STYLIST!! THEY APPARENTLY DONT ASK AND ITS $6 MORE FOR A STYLIST. BEEN THERE MANY TIMES AND TODAY THEY GOT ME. MIGHT NOT GO BACK CAUSE WHN I ASKED THEM THEY ACTED LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT.

I went there to just do nails. They skipped through our books and missed the most important parts. I’m so disappointed in this school. I graduated and still can’t do nails right. I started my business and I’ve failed completely with doing them. I wish I had known but I know now about USCA. Some of the teachers bite your head off if you ask a question about something you don’t understand. Don’t enroll here. Don’t won’t accept a Pell grants and even tho I had my student aid I still had to pay $190.00 for each moth I was there. For what I don’t know. Just really think it through.

Where do you even start. This place shouldn't be open. The way the teachers talk to students and the way this facility is ran is disturbing. You pay $20,000 in student loans for the teachers to stand up front and laugh and cause drama! Won’t be back to get services and wouldn’t recommend for students or their family’s to enroll here.

After a bad accident which left both of my arms broken to different degrees, I went to the University of spa and Cosmetology Arts for a shampoo, haircut blowout and style.
I received excellent service and was very pleased with my haircut and the experience period

I had the worst hair cut of my life here by a student I will not name. I knew what I was getting myself into going to a school and having students work on me.. but the fact that my hair is so uneven and even the instructor had the audacity to tell me that my hair looked good and cute.. miss ma’am’s Because there was more than one instructor that said comments about my hair you have never been so wrong in your life. And I promise you I will not be returning. I told you below my shoulders and that means above my shoulders.. I can’t even put my hair in a pony tail to hide it so everywhere I go everybody points out how uneven my hair is.. thanks a lot, will not be returning.

I’ve gotten multiple services done here (makeup, manicure, and eyebrow waxing) by different students and have always had such a good experience! They are professional, friendly, and good at what they do. I will be back for more services and would recommend going here!
