As someone who’s never gotten a facial before I was very sceptical but my skin hasn’t been feeling the best and a friend recommended me here to the same girl she went to. Alejandra was the student who gave me my facial and it was amazing, she was beyond kind and she took the time to answer all my questions (there were quite a few) and we came to a decision together what facial would be best for the results I wanted. It was so amazing and so relaxing, only thing I wish was different was maybe if there wasn’t so much background noise, a lot of people being loud and laughing, normally I would be bother by that but the service was truly so good that I can look past that. If you’re looking for a sign to book this is it, when it gives you the option of who you want to do your facial make sure you choose Alejandra!! She was phenomenal!! She also recommended me a chapstick that she used during my facial and it was awesome! Can’t wait to come back!

The entire staff was friendly and highly professional, but Paige stood out the most. She provided a fantastic facial… she was very gentle, kind and informative. My skin is still glowing! She consistently goes above and beyond what is expected of an adult education instructor, even organizing field trips to give students real-world exposure to spas and other related environments. As a student of this school, I would like to share some personal experiences. I was promised to learn and be certified in multiple things that were not even touched on. There is a constant terrible smell, ranging from the whole entire building, depending on where you’re at in the building. (coming from the dead rats and broken toilet in the basement). If it snows or rains the wifi goes out leaving you with nothing to do for the whole day. The only good thing that came out of that school was that I passed my state board. Super unorganized and unprofessional, do not recommend for students OR clients.

I've never had a facial done before but I was convinced to try it here and I am happy to say that I am a fan!

Karen B. did my facial and it was a wonderful experience. I was curious about my face and its health and she was very knowledgeable and informative identifying my skin type and what products I should look for to improve my skin - as well as what stuff to avoid!

I tend to be self conscious about my face due to having vitiligo but Karen B. made me feel welcome and comfortable. Speaking of which, I did not know face massages were a thing and it seems Karen is an expert because I felt relaxed to the point I fell asleep during the session. She was gentle with any application of products and also detailed to me what I should experience. This was great because for the longest time I thought face/skin products were supposed to hurt to signal they were working but Karen taught me that is not the case at all.

If the University is creating students like Karen B., then they are doing a fantastic job! I would highly recommend going here to help new aestheticians through their journey while getting high quality, educational, and discounted service.
