We’ve been coming to Universal for the last couple of years for my oldest’s practices. The last few months we’ve had more and more interactions with the staff (usually buying dip n’ dots for the little brothers that have to sit through multiple hour practices) and he’s always friendly and welcoming. We’ve lost balls and he’s helped us with that and the environment is always clean and well managed. The bathrooms are great considering you have hundreds of kids/ teens in and out of them every day, too!

Facility itself is great, they got a new pitching machine for the softball cage. My daughters loved it. I wish they were open Saturday enen if just for a couple hours.

Great place to hold a birthday party. My friends and I wanted a chill, low-key spot just to enjoy some late afternoon futsal and eat some pizza and that’s exactly what this place had to offer.
