Una Vida is a studio that offers all kinds of wonderful classes.

Last Thursday at noon I attended Livia Hall's Qigong class. I had no idea what to expect and was thrilled with Livia's balancing and stretching exercises. Such a beautiful, clean and lovely decorated room to spend the time in! It's a great space to practice in! Spacious with a gentle yet invigorating energy.

By the end of the hour, I felt a sense of elation I hadn't even thought about, prior to the class. I felt uplifted the entire rest of the day!

The studio has a deal where you spend $30. and can take any class on the list, with a total of 30 days. A price and opportunity you can't beat!

I definitely plan on repeating Livia's class, each Thursday; it felt rejuvenating and has since motivated me to stand up straight, a valuable teaching. Livia is the best!

The classes are yoga, Qigong and a few others; the studio is located in newer Niwot, across from the Niwot Market, my favorite place to shop.

I’m really loving Una Vida! So far I’ve taken the resonant yoga class with Jessie, which is deep, nourishing, revitalizing and relaxing beyond other yoga classes. I’ve taken the women’s group class with Gigi, which was so beautifully intimate with self and other women. And I did the whole 30 group reset which taught me so much about how my body can feel. It’s very best from foods to eat and not to eat, plus a lot more. I’m loving the space of Una Vida and the unique offerings and people I’ve met. Thank you so much for being in existence!

Una Vida is a truly special place in Niwot that is creating community, health and connection by offering a wide array of conscious classes.I love their 7am yoga classes. The space is so vibrant, warm, and welcoming. The practice room is gorgeous with plants all around and a cute gas fireplace. The classes are good for all levels of practice. I am excited to try more of their wide array of offerings, at very reasonable prices. I feel grateful to have this gem in our community.

I did SOMA Breathwork with Elleni. It was extraordinary. She is a gentle and expert guide. The space is lovely. Ann's "Healing and The Light" class is so, so powerful. This is truly an exceptional studio. What a gift to the area!

This place is a gem right in the heart of Niwot and the owners are the sweetest couple! Love all the personal touches and cute space. Adding a q-tip holder and a towel hook to the bathroom would be a great addition. 🤗
