I enjoy the MA program at UEI. My instructor Mr. Mata is always very helpful when it comes to students and we need more instructors like him. He goes above and beyond for us when we need help and I like that he has a lot of experience in the field. We learn much more than just the medical assistant career, when he has time he also teaches us how it’s important to continue moving up and use our MA certificate as a stepping stone to further our education and become something more with our lives. I also like how he mentions and gives us personal experience examples in our class. He makes sure that the students in the class are respectful to each other at all times too. There’s no other instructor like him on this campus.

I wouldn't give it a 5 starts just because I'm always getting marked late/ tardy when I always enter my zooms on time( which I think has to do something about the school). But my teacher Mr.Mata is an excellent teacher he teaches really good, shows us our mistake in a good way, So when we are in the field we know what we are doing. He also explains the study very good and if we ever need help he shows us, one time I did not understand how to do BP( Blood Pressure) and he did right there with me to show me how to hear when the pulse starts and stops. I like that about a teacher he knows what he is doing and being dedicated about it. I am in the MA program it's going great so far, the students are always helping you if you ever need help. But again about my attendance I really wish they can fix that cuz I always have to email them which is very annoying.

My experience at this school was somewhat okay. Some of the staff are really nice and others aren’t. The staff that was really helpful to me and was there to guide me. Were Tania Alaniz and her colleagues in career services. I really like how they approach students and help them achieve their goal. The 5 stars go to them. The campus director and her close colleagues really need to work on their attitude and how they approach the students.

I am in criminal justice class. My teacher is doc. Wade he is awesome he’s there for all his students he helps out with any questions. He is there for us 100% and pushes us to be the best in the field and to graduate with knowledge and feel comfortable. Mrs Alvarez is also a big impact on me and other students she makes sure we are catch up on our work, if we have any problems as well she’s there for us. She’s respectful to others and makes us feel welcomed whenever we look for her in the educational room. Thank you uei for being there for your students and wanting the best for us.

Terrible experience here didn’t Learn anything went into the program of electrician technician , instructors aren’t even good at teaching and don’t know how to engage with the students , some of the staff are kind but others have the nastiest attitude for example Karla , save your money and go to another program that will not just be there when there trying to sell you in on joining the school cause once your in they won’t care they just want your money.

I had heard great things about the DA program. So I was excited about the MA program, hoping it would be just as great. Turns out the MA teacher I have, is never on time to class or zoom meetings. She is fairly new according to other students. She hasn’t taught me a thing, the other students have. I don’t see much going on here. Didn’t wanna leave on a negative note, but it seems it might end up having to be that way. I do not wanna waste my time and more importantly thousands of dollars for a place where the teacher isn’t doing her job, instead the students are.
