If the building says Parkview on it you know it's a terrible place. Had a horrible Russian nurse who screwed up my IV so badly my entire hand is swollen, bruised and in pain. Blood poured out of my hand, all over my blanket. She never apologized, never came back to check on me and didn't even replace my blanket covered in blood. An absolute disgrace of a nurse. Lucky for me a nice woman named Jessica took great care of me afterwards. She was in charge of moving me to the operating room. She was lovely. Very compassionate, empathic and attentive. Parkview doesn't deserve her. I'll never enter a building with the word Parkview on it ever again.

The medical & nurse staff is courteous and professional. The staff treated me with dignity. The doctors and nurses followed up on my status by asking questions about how I am doing? The staff in charge of my care had excellent care and concern for observation. I felt safe in this environment because of the concern for safety and comfort. Thank you to all the staff that participated in my care. Dr. Dionisio is empathetic, professional, and courteous. The anesthesiologist introduced himself and asked if I had any concerns; then after the treatment he followed up by checking if I had any adverse effects and my overall physical condition. Being a patient at Parkview Outpatient Hospital was a comforting and positive experience.

Outstanding patient care. Kind people the moment you walk in the door. Dr. Pal is very sweet and competent. Dr. Brumfeld, the anesthesiologist was thorough and pleasant. All the nurses were attentive, and Zak helped us out of the building. The snack bar attendant was the loveliest person. Surgery brings with itself an emotional cocktail and it's a relief when you can enjoy your experience because of thoughtful human beings and relax a little. My son is very satisfied with his care.

I just had surgery here today and the doctors and nurses and secretaries are ALL so friendly and humble and amazing. They all made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Ferris the anesthesiologist was so sweet and kind he also took the greatest care of me too. Dr. Castelli as well he's an awesome Doctor. There was a nurse there in training and she also did an amazing job as well as the nurse training her taking care of me in recovery. Everyone there is so humble. Words can't express my gratitude to them. To anyone having surgery this place is great. They take care of everything and take care to make sure you're not in pain after the surgery. The nurse who put my IV in did a fantastic job only had to poke me once and boom my IV was hooked up quickly. Thank You parkview y'all are amazing. God bless you all. 💜

My mother in law had her appt at 11 am we arrived before 10 am to check in, they brought her to the back right before 11, and she sat there for 5 hours before going to her surgery, once her nurse had hooked her up, she never came back to check on her in the 5 hours, my wife had to get to warm blankets and take her to the restroom since none of the nurses would. While waiting they took 3 or more patients who had later appointment times with the same doctor to surgery first, while my MIL just had to sit there. I would highly recommend staying away from this place! It may be very nice looking but the staff is horrible. Also the coffee shop in main lobby has no set hours so when I tried buying a soda, I couldn't because it was already closed for the day.

(7th visit) Very professional and caring staff. All newer equipment and state of the art machines. The staff always performs like clockwork with the care and attention they provide. They give us all the info before surgery to keep us informed and the patient calm. During and after surgery, the staff seems dedicated to the task of providing the finest the medical profession has to offer. A total class act from start to finish. Thanks to the snack bar in the waiting area for the fresh coffee and tasty sandwiches.
