This place is a scam! I spent $335 for (2) weeping willows, (1) crabapple, and (8) river birch trees. All in the 3-4 ft range. These are not young trees! They are more of sapplings than trees or what you would buy at home depot, lowes or an actual nursery. Basically no tree and they dont tell you that, which explains the overwhelming complaints on the BBB and oh they dont issues refunds only a store credit, so if you werent happy the first time you can go for a second round. Save your money and see what your getting before buying online. I will never recommend. Buy from home depot or a nursery where you know what your getting! Ripoff!

Update 4/2:
Theres many issues with your response. I can obviously see a scam when i see one. Selling a bundle of twigs at $335, without the ability to return them for money back translates to a very large profit, which is why you probably dont advertise accurate depictions of these trees at that size (3-4ft) because no one would but them. I have bought several 3-4 ft maturely developed trees from home depot, meaning they are 1-5 gallon with full root structure for what I paid you. Last year for instance, I purchased several 2 gallon FULLY DEVELOPED river birch clump Trees for $39.99. This is what i expected from Ty ty not a twig. With regard to your claim sbout the BBB, not every unhappy customer will submit a BBB claim. Personally, i will cut my losses and acknowledge I have been at best the victim of false advertizing or worse scammed. What your doing is wrong and if you want to continue selling twigs they post photos of what customers will actually receive. Your not going to convince me or anyone else for that matter that a bundle of twigs is worth $335.00. The photos attached are $335.00 worth? If i wanted what I got, I would have broken off a branch from my river birches i currently own and stuck them in the ground! Seriously!

We ordered two 5-6 ft fig trees and one 6-7 ft pomegranate tree. The trees shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. They have made a wonderful addition to our garden. We liked them so much, we ordered another pomegranate tree! We will definitely order more plants in the future!!

Hello, I just wanted to say thank you for the wonderful quality of trees that were sent to me. Wonderfully packaged safe and secure, the root ball was heavily packaged and nice and moist. It took a few days before i could fully unpack the root ball and get it in the ground. I planted the last Saturday and 5 days later on Thursday, the buds were opening up already on both the peach and the plum trees. Thank you again for a wonderful product. Hopefully lots of fruit to come!

Best regards,
Jackie

Ordered 7 fruit trees. They came within a single 5ft x 10 inch box. When I saw the shipping box, I thought there would be more boxes coming. I open the box and all the trees I bought were actually tiny skinny sticks 1/8 inch to 1/16 inches. Most ordered trees were 4-5 FT. I haven't received any at that height. They were pruned to have no branches at all. That is ridiculous. Supposedly they had sent free fertilizer. Another joke. For 7 trees they sent a 1x1 inch white plastic bag. I think that was the fertilizer. I threw it away. To make it sort. Don't fall for the pictures they have on their site. You will get a few sticks to shove it wherever you like ... Pay more and shop at a local nursery. I am so pissed. Forgot to mention these are not trees. They are saplings. Not sure how they are grown. Definitely not in soil. For them to be 4-5ft they need to have branches. I do not see any recently pruned branches on these. A 4-5 ft fruit tree would at least be 3-4 years old with branches and thicker in diameter. How do you root these saplings and sell them without being dirt or soil? I have 4-5 ft peaches and mulberries with fruits on them to compare. See 1 of the images for mulberry tree. It looks like a stick wire. I couldn't even plant that one in ground. I put it on a put for now. What a joke. A $72 sapling or stick....
I appreciate the response and the refund for the mulberry. But, I would have not purchased these trees, if I knew they were bare roots.
Don't worry about the care they will get. I know how to take care of fruit trees.
I haven't had the chance to take pictures of the other 6 trees. Once, I have them, I will post them here. Actually, Google Street view shows exactly how these are harvested. Only if I knew earlier. Adding the pictures of the fruit trees in your yard. This must be the US version of a Chinese nursery assembly line.

Pleased with my tree purchase. Ty Ty gave me a lot of flexibility regarding the timing of my tree shipment, which was great. I received notification of the shipping date and it arrived exactly as promised. The tree was extremely well packed and sustained absolutely no shipping damage. The roots were moist when I received the tree. My only concern is the size of the roots—I hope there is enough root mass to support a tree of this size. I assume Ty Ty knows what they are doing and that all will be fine. Based upon my experience with their customer service, I expect they will support their product if any problems arise.

Cannot recommend. Partly my fault for not reading the reviews before purchasing blueberry and blackberry plants, but I was sidetracked by seeing they had varieties I wanted. I received small, scraggly, broken, pathetic looking plants. The sparse new leaves that were starting to grow on the blueberries turned black within days. One blueberry bush had two almost lifeless canes tall enough to qualify it for the higher price. The canes are dying back from the tips. It is not going to survive. Tyty refunded the cost of that one but have a general policy of "wait and see". The blackberry plants were crammed under the root wrapping in one big mass with all 5 plants. Within the same week, I bought blueberry bushes locally for nearly half the cost, and they're 2X bigger and fully leafed. I hope to nurse these pitiful specimens from tyty back to health but not holding my breath. Oh, and before they even shipped my order, they started spamming my email trying to sell something else. Marketing emails every day.

Horrible. I ordered 2 blueberry bushes and 2 kiwi plants from this company. It took a while to ship and was received in awful condition. All 4 plants crammed together in a box with their roots wrapped together. The kiwi were both severely damaged and the blueberries are wilted. I have my doubts that any of these plants will survive and thrive. The blueberries have no leaves that have recovered. They are completely wilted. Hopefully these plants will recover and grow new leaves. I planted them the day I received them. I will never buy from this nursery again.

I found Ty Ty Nursery during an online search for a particular variety of redbud trees. Ty Ty had the variety for which I sought - Rising Sun - in stock and in multiple sizes. The prices are reasonable, and my new redbud arrived safely. It is obvious that the nursery understands proper packing and shipment, as my tree arrived in excellent shape. The attached photo shows the tree in its new home. I look forward to seeing it mature. I would definitely use Ty Ty for a flowering and fruit trees resource.
