My daughter has been coming here for a few months and really loves “ballet day”. She’s been with a few teachers, Teacher Kate, Kendra, and Nix. All are great. We participated in our first Recital and I couldn’t be more happier with how it came out. My daughter missed quite a few days and had to do makeups with different teachers, she was still able to follow along and do the dance the best a 3 year old could 🙂

Started my 5 year old here and soon after enrolled my 2 year old. Miss Kate and Teacher Nix have been wonderful ballet instructors to my girls. Both of my daughters have really enjoyed the structure of the classes (good mix of learning and fun for their ages!) and look forward to ballet every week.

We absolutely LOVE our ballet school! 💕 Our girls look forward to class every week — the environment is warm, welcoming, and so full of joy. From their very first steps in ballet shoes to recital performances, we’ve seen them grow in confidence, grace, and discipline.

Tutu School Long Beach has been my daughter's ballet studio for several wonderful years and she has been in 4 different recitals. I love this studio because it incorporates the magic of play, music, and fun into ballet. My little one has learned so much from Ms Kate and all the sweet wonderful instructors, teacher Nix and Ms Elizabeth. Thank you so much Tutu school Long Beach for these magical years.

My baby started at 18 months and loved it from the beginning. It’s been exactly a year and she has grown so much with Teacher Nix. Teacher Nix is very patient with the little ones. She encourages the littles to have fun dancing and gently pushes them to follow her moves. Each class is always different and keeps them engaged. Emily learned the recital routine with her help pretty quickly. Teacher Nix grew close enough to push her to listen to directions and follow along when she wasn’t listening to me anymore. I really appreciate the patience and guidance she had towards Emily. When Emily turns 3, she will be back to continue classes in fall. We can’t get enough!

My daughter has been attending Tutu School in Long Beach as early as 18 months and it has been exciting to see her balance and coordination improve while watching her enthusiasm for ballet and dance increase over the years. Miss Kate is her favorite teacher as she is very gentle, patient, and kind with all the dancers, especially ones who may be a little shy (like mine). If you’re looking to add a new art form to your child’s routine, this school is a great way to introduce your little ones to the world of ballet and performance!
