We recently brought our son in to sign up, and during the discussion of pricing, we made it clear that we would be utilizing Acumen funding, which we regularly use for our child who is on the spectrum. Initially, we were shown a price sheet reflecting 320 hours of service if we financed through their in-house option. However, when I specifically requested the Acumen price sheet, the representative claimed she didn’t have one and instead kept pushing their financing option.

After continued requests for clarity, she eventually stated that using Acumen would only cover 80 hours — at the same price point as the 320 hours if we financed directly through them. This discrepancy was concerning. I asked again for the original price sheet, and she noticeably altered the numbers. Fortunately, I had taken a picture of the original pricing, and when I pointed out the change, she became flustered and denied it.

When confronted with the evidence, she had no clear response. This behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with parents of special needs children. I urge other parents using Acumen funding to be vigilant, as it seems pricing changes may be deliberately made to push in-house financing options.

I have been going here ever since 2020, and my grades have improved ever since. I have been getting into advanced classes at my school, and I passed tests at multiple private schools because I went to Tutoring Club. The tutors here are very nice and are willing to help out whenever you are struggling. Tutoring Club has my highest recommendation. I definitely recommend going here if you are having a hard time in school!

Our experience with the tutoring club was quite disappointing. From the start, they didn’t clearly explain their rules and regulations, which left us feeling uncertain about their program and how it would benefit our child. There was no communication regarding what we could expect in terms of progress or structure, and as a result, my child didn't show any noticeable improvement. My son Eligh was really struggling to keep his grades up in school, tutoring really helped him get back on track with homework support and advancing his abilities in math and reading. He's not thrilled about going lol but he enjoys the point for prizes reward system and I'm happy seeing him do better in school.

She came to the States less than a year ago with very limited English skills. I was so concerned about her situation at school and that she may start to experience culture shock.
After meeting with Nicole, I enrolled her to the club immediately. And only a few months past, I can see how fast her English has improved. She now can communicate with Waiters/Waitresses and order food by herself. Aiya enjoys her time at the TC and look forward to going to her class every day.

My daughter was struggling with reading at a 1st grade level. We found Tutoring Club. We saw a difference right away. My 6yo daughter always looks forward to her sessions with all the tutors in the SW Rainbow location. She's grasping the concepts with such ease and so eagerly. We are so thankful.
