I brought my Alpha carry-on into the CityCenter store for a straightforward wheel repair. They told me they no longer do them in-store and it would have to be shipped to the repair center...fine. I paid the shipping cost to the repair center, only to be told by the repair center that "they only replace all four wheels at once" which would cost nearly $200. Frustrated, I had the bag sent back to me without getting repaired (also, at my expense).

Today, I took it into another local Tumi store for a "second opinion," and that location was happy to replace one wheel in-store at no cost.

I'll never buy another bag from the CityCenter store, nor attempt servicing there, again.

Friendly staff and great service! I've had my luggage for close to 12 years and when the wheels finally broke and needed repairs, TUMI delivered. Roberto was very helpful in sorting it all out and only needed me to drop the product off at the store. Thank you TUMI, for the great quality and very durable luggage, I will always refer you to family and friends! I also have your Nathan bag and its just the best as well.

Is customer service dead in DC When shopping in stores especially the Tumi store today Custer service was not there. I needed not water a new carry on but just couldn’t get any direction or help. What a bummer. That said the store was great the luggage is durable but the sales staff just dose t sale.

He was able to engrave my bag beautifully and offered the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. His professionalism will not go unnoticed as he upheld the quality of TUMIs standards. Outstanding customer service! They replaced my 3 damaged texture coated canvas items with their ballistic nylon equivalents right then and there. I will be doing all of my Tumi shopping exclusively at this location from now on.
