Why have a phone if u ain't gunna answer. Sadly I don't know the number to report em that they aren't helping a lot of people and don't answer the phone. They're getting paid to help us and all the do is talk and horse around and not answer the phone. They need another job

They sit around and just chat with each other i even got a video of one of them just sitting watching netflix on her phone. After 4 hours of waiting i asked if there was still a long wait the girl said my number was next then they proceeded to call everyone else back except for me so after ANOTHER hour of waiting i just left.

My experience at this office went quite well, the staff were very helpful and kept the atmosphere lite and friendly. The staff did a great job with keeping a positive attitude as well as to keep things rolling so you move through the whole process at a steady pace.

Very helpful and kind employees. Would be 5 stars if somehow the wait time to be seen was any shorter since it often takes sometimes over an hour to be seen. But I understand that's just typical welfare offices. Also when I was there my Samsung Galaxy note 5 was stolen out of my bag on my shoulder. Other than that just gravy lol

I don’t care how bad the employees may get paid there and how many people give attitude but most times they are rude to people who don’t deserve it, during a vulnerable time… some people are actually trying to do the right thing and legally trying to feed themselves and family. Correct me if I’m wrong, please. From Tulare and Lindsay Ca.

This place was horrible. Everytime I go the girl in the front don’t know anything, always has a rude tone. When you call they’re rude and have TERRIBLE customer service. I literally dislike the environment so much I drive 20 minutes just to go to the Porterville one. They should really make sure they have people that know what they’re doing and have good customer service skills, it’s sad.

I would give zero stars due to there poor assistance. Every time someone answers the phone there rude and no respect when they respond to a question, sounds like they could use a different job.
