I have been a loyal customer of La Forma Natural for years. Their product does work. Even during the Pandemic, I supported their business. However, their communication with customers is only respected when their income is lessen. They send you messages for you to attend or for specials, but they don’t send messages when they close their offices which they do quite frequently. You maintain all indications for the week, but they fail to open their office. IT IS A CONSTANT PRACTICE!!! Very unreliable company.

OMG these people don’t have feelings at all, I being also a loyal patient, I stopped coming for 4 weeks because my grandmother died on October 25 and now when I came for my appt they want to charge me, this place should had another name and NO tu forma natural because they don’t believe in natural causes that happened in life, I usually no leaving reviews but I want to do this one so people be aware, in my case I only had to loose 10 pounds and I did already , I was coming more because the pain in the back , but I have better alternatives that can fo my treatment , good luck with future clients

El doctor es muy mal educado y poco profesional después de ir y esperar me indicó que me fuera y regresara en una hora y media, cuando estoy en camino de regreso y consigo reciba mi llamada me dice que se va de lunch y yo estaba en camino, cuando regreso pensando que tenia primer lugar en la linea me
hace esperar mas de 45 minutos para atenderme ya que comenzó a poner por alante de mi muchas mas personas y al recordarle todo el tiempo que llevaba esperando fue rudo e incomprensible , es de muy mal gusto haber pagando por un servicio tan deficiente en el cual ni tan siquiera contestan el telefono y el recepcionista son los mismos pacientes, podría comentar varias cosas pero solo deseo que nadie tenga que pasar por esta tan mala experiencia
