I got there at around 12 on a Monday and they were sold out from the previous day. They were preparing desserts in the back, but nothing was quite ready yet, but the lemon dessert. I’m not a big fan of lemon, Nor Matcha, but I chose the Matcha heart shape cake since it was available.

It Was absolutely delicious like you should eat it in two settings, but it was so good that I ate it in one unfortunately. The Matcha wasn’t overwhelming. It was there, but it wasn’t overwhelming so I was able to enjoy it. Looking forward to going back here. I had a great experience. Oh yeah, I also ordered the fruit tea drink. It was delicious and fresh.

Really great food but they're having some new-store growing pains. Friday, March 28, 2pm I went to the kiosk to order and they were already out of a few items (they open at noon so had been open 2 hours). I wasn't shocked since they're super popular right now but I was bummed to not get the Citron or the Raspberry Coconut. Got the Brown Sugar Boba and the My Man Go. Then my brother-in-law stepped up to the kiosk to order and he actually asked a person behind the counter if they were truly out of the Citron because he saw some there in the case (I assumed those were pre-orders). She checked and yes, they did have Citron. She had to get a manager to reset the screens and then he could order. So I had him get me one. The other issue was that brother-in-law never had his name called for his order. He went up and checked and they said it was coming, then waited awhile and went back and they just went ahead and filled his order right then. He saw a paper bag on the counter that had been there awhile and thought it might have been his but they never checked. Anyway...growing pains for sure. But the people working there were incredibly sweet...just a bit overwhelmed I think.

The boba was boba. Nothing to rave about and I might get it again. The My Man Go (mango) was AMAZING. Light yet satisfying. The Citron was good and I may have loved it had I not had the mango first. There's cheesecake and a runny center in the Citron and I'd have it again but wouldn't choose it over the Mango. All in all, glad we went.

Great atmosphere clean & inviting. They had two touch screen to make the lines go quicker. It was very easy ordering my drinks. You guys have to try the Taro Foam Latte. Very smooth & refreshing. Hands down the best I’ve ever tasted:)

Fun and tasty and very pretty desserts. Go early before they run out - after dinner they only had the chocolate cake left this visit. Vibe is also better during daylight hours with the huge windows in front.

Note that parking in the area sucks but that's ktown for you.

The desserts here are absolutely amazing. Boba is 9/10 definitely comparable to Taiwan!

I tried their cake and coffee. So far, so good. Keep in mind it's on the pricey side, especially the cakes. I can definitely see getting their cakes for me to gift them out to my friends

There is parking, and the place is definitely clean, which I like

Everything here is absolutely amazing. The boba is absolutely soft and flavorful. The dream cake is the best with amazing flavors and the temperature of it is just perfect. The drink options are very plentiful and the tea flavor is just stunning. Parking is simple and easy, atmosphere is really nice with a big screen featuring music, there is also a backsplash of Hong Kong which is very creative. Overall I rate my experience a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend you go to Tu Cha.
