I went to tu casa to process my tax return. Mary Lopez was extremely helpful. She was courteous and answered all the questions. The whole experience was smooth due to awesome customer service. I highly recommend her for filing taxes.

Can the owner of this business contact me regarding a phone call that my mom which is your customer had with Maritza and my mom's car's lien holder. Maritza was very rude to the lien holder because my mom's insurance policy was canceled but was never notified that it was canceled. The lien holder was just speaking on my mom's behalf regarding the payment that she made to see if it was going to be reimbursed. Maritza was very rude and said, "I don't know you I need to speak with the policyholder" The conversation was non-professional because Maritza could have went about it a different way and my mom which is the policy holder let her know that she was going to be speaking with the lien holder but she apparently forgot who she was actually talking to. Someone needs to speak to Maritza and say that that conversation is not correct and also there is a post about her already on here regarding her attitude. If we get a call from the owner regarding this situation we still might be able to do business there otherwise we will just wait for the reimbursement to come in so we can go and look elsewhere thank you.

I will be taking my business somewhere else and no longer recommending this business to family and friends. I spoke to Maritza over the phone and she is very selective on who she provides good service too. I attempted to buy a commercial insurance for my business and she made it clear that I was not a priority and was extremely unprofessional. There's so many other options here in Irving that you should value any and all costumers.

Llevaré mi negocio a otro lugar y ya no recomendaré este negocio a familiares y amigos. Hablé con Maritza por teléfono y ella es muy selectiva con respecto a quién brinda un buen servicio. Intenté comprar un seguro comercial para mi negocio y ella lo hico muy claro que yo no era una prioridad, fue una experiencia nada agradable. Hay tantas otras opciones aquí en Irving que deberían valorar a todos y cada uno de los clientes.
