I have such an amazing time in this place . The people in the school have such a great vibe. Good space for rolls and training. I really enjoyed my time here at Unum . Cory the head coach gave us a really good class with details that help to develop our game. Top level class . Thank a lot to the whole family of Unum . There’s good level of jiu jitsu . For sure you will have good rolls if you go visit or sign up . Oooossss

I travel a lot and find myself dropping in to train at a number of different places. I was delightfully surprised to see such a quality gym with such a large membership in Ridgecrest. The facilities are excellent. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The jiu jitsu is top notch. There is a heavy emphasis on sparring, making the little detour especially worthwhile for the travelling martial artist who probably won't internalize the move of the day in one session. If I lived a little closer, I'd come here more often.

I am out of town for work and was looking to get a training session in. As soon as I walked in I knew I was in the right place. Cory let me jump right in his class and treated me like family. The facility is big with tall ceilings and a large matt area. I enjoyed their playlist of music. The music was explicit, which is something to take into consideration if you are taking your kids here. They train hard at this gym and I won’t be suppressed when they continue to win tournaments. I am from Morumbi Jiu Jitsu in Ventura California, but anytime I am visiting from out of town I will absolutely be stopping by to train!

I started with Unum a couple of years ago and it is now my home away from home. The gym is awesome, people are great, and the training is second to none. Something for your whole family. Kids classes, women’s classes, advanced classes, and comp classes. If you, your family and friends are looking to get into shape and or learn a great self defense then I highly urge you to try Unum Jiu Jisu!

My family has trained here for years! Awesome team, excellent coaches, and a very family friendly environment. It doesn’t matter if you are training just to get in shape, or if you are a serious competitor. Classes range from fundamentals to advanced technique. The facility is very clean, and they have an awesome kids program!

My husband and son have been going here for almost 2 years. They absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the adults/kids who train here are wonderful! It’s a great place to get your kids involved in an after-school sport. Highly recommend Unum:)

Great Gym with adult and kids program. One of the most important things to me in a gym is the culture of the gym. This gym is family oriented, the people are friendly, and helpful. There is absolutely friendly competition, but the overall feeling is supportive. The people here, both students and instructors want you to be successful and are always willing to help improve technique or give you pointers here and there.

My son enjoys learning at Unum Jiu Jitsu. The staff and instructors take time to teach and coach the fundamental skills. The staff are welcoming and helpful. If you're looking for an activity for your kids I highly recommend Unum Jiu Jitsu.
