I’ve been going here for about 7 months. It’s been a life changing experience. Turning 50 I noticed I was losing energy, my anxiety and depression was taking over, and my drive wasn’t what it used to be. After about 2 months I noticed a lot of positive effects. It has been a safe and healthy way for me to stay where I want to be moving forward past 50.
