Yes, I would like to write a review on Alicia or ORourke she is very professional at her job. She goes up and above her means to help the people really well and she’s helped me out a lot when I was homeless and she’s helping me now trying so I can get my car fixed and maybe find a part-time job to better my life that lady is amazing she needs to be Rewarded for the great job that she does. She does that job very well. And I’m also grateful that we have this agency that can help but I know they can’t when they’re low on funding. Comed wouldn't let me transfer service due to a high outstanding bill. Tri county got my electric on in just a few days! First time using this kind of help and it's so appreciated! The ladies in LaSalle are beyond wonderful!

Impressed with them every year. This year they got me almost double the funds than any year previously! It was a jaw-dropping letter! Your approval comes in a letter, so I don't think they get much positive feedback. So if they do help you, let them know in some way! They're doing God's work, for sure : )

Fortunate to sit in for consult with Leslie. She and her colleague whom I met on entering the premises were kind, helpful and extremely skilled practitioners of social work. They helped us and then helped me understand their mission and the programs they provided to the extent that I am now able to better advise members of the community by placing their considerable resources toward those most eligible and in need. Although the employees there are sadly working in a really old, run down building there, the organization itself is a Huge Blessing for Many people in our area for all the help they provide to us.
So thankful for the LIHEAP program.
Even if we don't qualify anymore, it truly blesses a Lot of folks in need!
I last dealt with Christine in the Energy Assistance program recently and she was kinder than most and very helpful!
Thankful for them for sure! 👌🏽😊🙏🏽

This place go way back to the 80when became personal assistant for the elderly
I bring the client out there for assistance an my self to an all the older one have either left or passed on be but there was always very happy time when I came through door I would always get a homemade blanket with let love an care always made sure I stayed warm thank you I stop for help with I'm moving the business to an there to assist again thank you
