Is very patient and explains things to you without pressure. Allows you to be taught without being afraid of failing. I've trained at a Red Cross before and this is definitely a better experience

Tin and Danielle gave our group an excellent class and instruction with mannequins. They were able to answer any questions we had and added greatly to our learning sessions. The videos ahead of time were a great help in preparing for the instruction session. I would heartily recommend using them for your training.
