This room was really clean! And the water pressure was great. We needed a room with an oven to make a birthday cake and they even provided bowls and utensils. The full size fridge and freezer were great. My only complaint was that non of the TV's worked the way they should. One had no sound, one had a pixilated picture, and the other the speakers where blown. That's 3 TVS that didn't work. But they had a pretty nice complimentary breakfast.

The rooms at this hotel are clean but very stuffy. Not a lot of airflow in the rooms. Requested room to be cleaned one day but it was never cleaned. When it was cleaned they did a great job. Room includes breakfast and the breakfast bar is decent but it is only open until 9 am on weekdays and 10 am on weekends. Hotel says it is a non-smoking establishment but we could smell people smoking weed everyday we were there. This was especially annoying at night when we were trying to sleep because the smell of the weed was leaking into our room from the room next door. We told the hotel staff but they didn't do anything about it. I will not be staying at this hotel again when I visit this part of Denver in the future.

Positive: The room itself was great. The hotel had decent amenities, including free breakfast, a small gym, laundry, and our unit had a full kitchen. I liked the door separating toilet and shower from the sink, which is good if you have multiple people. Quiet area. Negative: The staff. We arrived to find another guest stating he had waited 10 minutes for someone at the front desk and no one showed up, as the phone rang off the hook. No explanation when he did arrive. Other staff members were equally...off. It was bizarre.

If your looking to raise hell all night without fear of getting kicked out this is your place. As for the family and working class that complain about the horrible atmosphere all the hotel staff will do is ask if you wanna change rooms. I changed twice. Done absolutely no good. Don't pay for a room thru a 3rd party because they will not give you any refund.

Constantly smelled like cigarettes. I'm coming from the room next to mine.
Front desk staff was nice until I asked for my medication that I had forgotten period when I called back to ask for it.They want to charge me another pet fee which is fine.But I don't have the money to pay for it right this moment.So they are withholding my medication from me, which i'm pretty sure they can't do legally. I don't understand how they can do this and be totally fine with it. What if it is a life-threatening medication? It's not luckily, but they're not gonna give my my medication back. They are refusing. I don't have the money to pay for another pet fee. Because I just moved into a new place and all my money just went into moving costs. Period I said I could pay it in a few days but no, they're withholding my medication. I do not recommend them. That is slimy and absolutely a horrendous thing to do to somebody

Honestly, the only good thing here is the affordability and it serves its purpose of a room for an extended stay. However, every time we had to have a conversation with Colin, the front desk agent, He spoke over us, ignored what we were saying, and consistently charged our account more than management and I agreed to. It was three times in a month a half that they had to accommodate us due to Colin’s need to “balance the books” without checking thoroughly through the folio. David, the assistant manager, was the only one to have sat down and checked to see why we were being charged for the room twice per night on three occasions and fixed it. In the end it was taken care of, but beware and pay attention to your accounts while Colin is working there. Advocate for yourself and don’t let him dismiss you, if you have to speak to a manager, David will take the time to listen but he really shouldn’t have to clean up someone’s mistake while not taking the complaint seriously. I was referred to Bonvoy to file anything official. Quiet place to stay though.

This was the most disappointing Marriott experience I've had, we decided to leave befor are reserved days where over. My family and I stayed in a 2 bedroom sweet and I quickly found out why it was so cheap. The TV in the kids room did work for the entire stay, I told the front desk and it was never fixed. The TV in the main room had a big white line going through the center of it. The only TV that wasn't broken was the one in the main room and that even stopped working periodically because of the tenable internet. The room was supposed to be cleaned every other day which didn't not happen. I had to keep going to the front desk just so my family could have towels. Nothing ever got restocked. They only cleaned if we complained the still did a very poor job(no cleaned toilet/ shower). The room itself was very rundown. The fossette leaked, missing privacy curtain, holes in the black out curtain, dors didn't close right, no lock on the master room and cracks on the walls. The only savings grace was the breakfast and that was even hit or mis one day they just had microwave bonitos, they where frequently out of yogurt, cream cheese, and coffee. Also the TV in the breakfast room didn't work sometime. They also left the cleaning carts in the always for days (long after they where finished using them 1-2 days). I'm shore there is more but now I'm sick of even thinking about it. Only stay at this Marriott as a last resort.

I give it two stars because that’s what it is, a two star hotel. The breakfast is weak, very little to offer. My room was on the road side, VERY noisy. I know there were other rooms available. The T.V. Is impossible to watch except from the bed, it doesn’t swivel toward the couch, which is to the right and up against the wall. This tells me the franchise owner is more interested in cutting costs rather than guest comfort. I hate that. Paper plates and plastic utensils at breakfast, another sign of a cheap owner, and not very environment friendly. The hotel is very old, but clean and staff was good. It’s a 2 Star hotel, so if you’re good with that, it’s ok. Just don’t get a room on the road.
