I scheduled a tour that was cancelled due to staff being sick. I did not mind this and rescheduled my tour. On the day of my rescheduled tour, I showed up to the director being out and no one knowing of my tour.
The classroom teacher attempted to give me a tour, but couldnt tell me any information about the program or the infants day. She simply looked at me confused, said uhhh, and apologized repeatedly. I would expect the person with my child all day to be able to tell me about their classroom/day.
I was excited about this daycare due to what I have read but was disappointed in the lack of organization and the fact that the person in the room daily was unable to tell me about the room. Because of this, I would not trust them with my child and quickly left.

I love Toddler House! The staff is very friendly & I am very comfortable sending my infant here. I get daily reports & updates on my son. If I ever have questions I can call & get answers at anytime!

We love Toddler House and the ladies there! Taking my 5 month old to a daycare for the first time was difficult, but the staff made me feel comfortable with leaving her right away. She’s been going there for almost 6 months now and hasn’t cried since the first day. She even gets excited every morning when I take her out of the car seat and she realizes where she is! What my husband and I loved most was that the environment felt clean, but not sterile like some of the other daycare centers we looked at. It’s cozy and feels homey, but has all the structure and routines of a daycare. We’re grateful to have someplace to take our baby where we know she is safe, happy, and loved!

I had high hopes for Toddler House but my experience today will not bring me back at all to enroll my daughter. I arrived to my scheduled tour and was greeted by someone who didn’t bother to introduce herself and just looked confused as to why I was there. I informed her that I had an appointment and she told me there was another family touring at the same time. So I assumed they overbooked. So she asked me to wait outside. Waiting outside would not have been a problem if it were not in the chilly and windy 60’s outside. I waited about 5 minutes or so and she didn’t come out so I left. I understand with Covid you have to taken certain precautions but waiting outside with a small baby in chilly weather is not sufficient. I would have waited if I was offered a chair inside as I have a disability that doesn’t allow me to stand for a long periods of time. And lastly, two staff members whom I thought were being nice asked if everything was okay waited until I left until they decided to get into their cars. Not sure if they stayed because of my skin color or to make sure I wasn’t trouble but it was definitely awkward. So yeah I will not be returning. The first impression was horrible. And I didn’t even receive an apology for the inconvenience in person or over the phone.
