I attended TK Phlebotomy School this winter and I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I've had! Miss Raven and Miss Noreen made sure that every student left the school prepared to take on the world. If a student missed a class, they were welcome to attend a different class in its place so that they did not fall behind. Both Miss Raven and Miss Noreen are very communicative and prompt to reply and happy to work with you to make sure that you have everything you need. You absolutely will not regret going here!

TK Phlebotomy School was the best decision I could have made at this point in my life!! The Director and her staff are very professional and are about making sure the students are learning everything to become a amazing phlebotomist. Class is very comfortable with a family feel. You support each other and it’s made very clear no negative attitudes or downing anyone! It’s a positive environment for learning! I definitely recommend this school! I appreciate and thank God for Raven, the Director and Ms. Noreen, Instructor for changing my life. ❤️

I am very pleased I stepped out of my comfort zone and chose to continue my education with TK! Raven was my teacher and she made sure everyone was comfortable & knew the information! She made sure when we left out of her class there would be no question unanswered 💚 She wants everyone to succeed and there’s no greater feeling than having a instructor that’s about her business and wants everyone to win! I’d highly recommend TK Phlebotomy School to anyone looking to further their education. Thanks Raven you helped me overcome a fear and get my white coat 😊

I love this school !!! I just recently graduated on 01/23/21. I had an amazing experience; all my classmates were wonderful. I learned great techniques to better myself as a phlebotomist . Miss Raven and Miss Noreen are amazing ladies who definitely know their stuff. If you trust in them and follow the process you will come out on top. If you are interested in becoming a phlebotomist I truly recommend attending this program; you will not regret it.

This school is soooo unprofessional they lack communication and cancel class often please keep your money ….there are no refunds and if you sneeze you might get kicked out without your refund ….you don’t learn what you are suppose to learn it’s black owned which is why I am soooo embarrassed at how they communicate no website just Facebook. The instructors also rush through the lessons. The class is 8 weeks no clinical experience and in the 4th week we have yet to do any book work. This school is beyond ghetto!!!! Try Rock Valley College ….this school just want your money!!!! The owners and staff are very unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

This business can not even be found under the better business Bureau for me to file an official complaint. I sent $500 via cash app and another $50 through cash app as well and was never sent a confirmation email, never sent any books or materials to learn and no zoom classes were set up in order for me to be a student. Zoom classes were supposed to be set because it was during the beginning of Covid-19. Although there are no refunds I didn’t get anything I paid for. I was not offered a refund in the amount I paid and I have text messages stating that she (Raven) would not give me a refund at all After weeks of telling me that she would send a refund. Raven stared and I quote “I need to work smarter next time” I have ALL the text and messages from me and the owner of the school. The school is not accredited or anything. So I would advise anyone to look for the school under the Bureau and NO NOT BE DECEIVED. I have a link on YouTube with ALL the correspondence between me and the owner as well as the school and if anyone would like to read exactly how I was treated then my name is Monique Shantrell Norwood on Facebook. I will be more than happy to show and let you read exactly what I went through. It’s disgusting and sickening how I was treated as a single mother and I pray no one has to ever experience this.
